We stumbled on this place while killing a little time before our first Covid vaccine at the Baltimore Convention Center. It's only been open about a month, so it wasn't on my radar yet. Thai is my favorite cuisine, and as we've just recently moved to Baltimore, I'm eager to check out all of our options. What drew us in was a specials board outside that featured all duck specials. We entered and were seated--they took excellent Covid precautions, including a temperature check--in a window seat on the second floor. The space itself is lovely. Very serene. Our server was gracious and careful, reading off the order. We ordered two of the duck specials, a curry and duck noodle soup. They were both excellent. Beautiful to look at, brimming with flavor. The curry even had lychees! We will definitely be back. One suggestion for the new business is that they list prices for the specials. Our bill for two for lunch with no appetizers or beverages was about $50. Don't get me wrong, it was totally worth it! But someone at lunch who didn't ask (we didn't) might get a bit of sticker shock. To prevent that from marring an otherwise perfect experience, the restaurant might want to add the price to the special board. Of course, a diner can and should...

Been here a few times and the restaurant and food have always been great. I have always enjoyed the ambiance.

Last night we tried take out for the first time and ordered online through their website. It's advertised that you get 10% off your order for ordering online but this was not true. Secondly, the prices are about $1-2 higher for each item when compared to their dining in prices. We asked about this and was told that they have a new menu in store which we were directed to, but on the new menu the prices were still lower than online. Not sure what is going on, but would not recommend ordering online. The food was great (drunken noodles, pad see ew), portions are a little smaller than expected for the price I paid. I had ordered a thai iced coffee but when we went to pick up our food is when they told us that there was none left, so I got the thai iced tea instead. I had specified no ice, but there was a ton of ice, and the iced tea did not taste good.

Overall, a disappointing take out experience. Would appreciate more clarity on the online prices, why a 10% discount is not being applied as advertised, and better communication when an item is...

This place was fantastic! I stopped here with my friend the day we finished moving from Florida to Maryland. It was 4th of July weekend and the move had not gone like it was supposed to. We were exhausted. It was 9:30 pm and we realized we hadn’t eaten all day. Went to Cheesecake Factory and they had an hour wait. Showed up at this place at 10:00 (they closed at 10:30). I felt bad about coming in at the end of the day, but this was the kind of one-off day where there wasn’t much helping it and we really needed sustenance. These folks were so kind. We started with their soft shell crab and mango salad which was a special app. This was the right choice. I had the green chicken curry (my Thai go-to) and my friend had the duck curry. Both dishes were everything we could have hoped for. Some sake on the side rounded everything out just right.

I will definitely hit this place up the next time I...

My daughter and I have been trying every Thai restaurant in Baltimore..trying to find the best of the best. Every time we think we have found it something changes or it closes. We finally found Nirvana and THIS is our place. We ordered three appetizers and two entrees. Fried calamari, Crying Tiger and Steamed Dumplings. Bangkok Street Ka Pow and Pad Woon Sen. Jasmine Tea, Thai Milk Green Tea. The Server made suggestions, gave us culture and language tips and lessons, recommended accompaniements and pepper choices to adjust the heat levels up to our limits and was warm and funny. The place is beautiful and the bathrooms clean. It was all fragrant full of heat and flavor and nothing was heavy or oily. It was amazing. We will be going back OFTEN.

This restaurant is two-storied, though there does not seem to be many spaces to sit on the first floor and spacing is limited on the second floor. I got the lunch special, which is around ~14, including an appetizer and an entree. I got the spring rolls, which was admittedly, not great. It came in this little cup with some dipping sauce -- so it was soaking in the cup for some time and overpowered the taste of the spring roll. The portion of the pad Thai was good and filling. My friend got a soup and pad see ew. He said the soup was pretty good and the noodles were pretty good as well. The server was quick and very nice. They also have the option to split a bill, which is great for when you're eating out with some friends.

We heard this place opened 2 months ago and wanted to support new Bmore restaurant biz! We absolutely LOVED the food, ambiance, and service! 👌🏽 Red curry was perfect spicy and I loved the sweet pumpkin chunks it came with. We ordered spring rolls for the table and enjoyed how crispy and fresh they tasted. Pad Thai, Panang curry, and Pineapple Fried Rice all got thumbs-up reviews from our group as well! 🍛🥦🍍 Would definitely return for a dine-in experience soon! My only critique is that there were live flowers on the tables (nice touch! 💐) — but it seemed a few of the flowers snuck in some flies with them.. but everything else was worth it and a 5 star experience!
