UPDATE** I have since spoke to the owner who was sincerely apologetic regarding the issue and has completely refunded me for the cost of the wings. I appreciate his urgency and professionalism in the manner. This one bad experience doesn’t define the entire company and I Do hope to try BRD again in the future, and pray to have a 5 star rating to leave then!!

Ate 1 bite of the wings and went back for a side of a different sauce flavor. Was informed it would be $.69. I told the employee named Brit that I didn’t like the flavor I purchased and simply wanted to get a different flavor on the side. I had just paid $13 for wings that didn’t taste good. Brit insisted that it was a decision I made and he can’t give me “free food” because I made a poor decision. I informed Brit I was not looking for free food, but to simply have a different sauce on the side for my wings. He still insisted I pay the sixty cents and that they were cashless so I would have to swipe my credit card for the change. I brought the wings back (I only taken one bite) and asked for a different flavor since he was unwilling to give me a side of sauce. He refused and told me his cancellation policy states they do not “give free food” when a customer doesn’t like something, however Brit was unable to provide me a copy of his cancellation policy. I explained once again that I was not looking for free food and simply wanted to enjoy the food I already purchased. This was my first time here and I didn’t know what to expect from the flavor options. Brit continued to insult my character by making claims that I was looking for free food. When asked for a manager he informed he he was “as high as it goes”. I proceeded to ask him for the owners information which I will file my complaint with directly. Brit also made it clear that exchanging a customers food due to customer dissatisfaction was NOT a part of customer service and that I did not know what customer service was, if that’s what I believed. Instead of continuing the back and forth with Brit, I gave him the entire order of wings back. WITHOUT REFUND, and will take my business elsewhere. If BRD does not hold enough company values to stand by the quality of their foods and provide the bare minimum customer service when a customer is dissatisfied, I will take my business elsewhere. And will advise others to do so as well. It’s unfortunate your company would rather make a sale off a $.69 cent sauce, then assure each and every customer is satisfied when they leave...

I ordered the spicy Chicken tenders meal, it came with fries, garlic bread, and two sauces of my choice. My meal was ready in 15 mins. Drove over to Druid hill park to eat and it was delicious, still hot and the fries were crispy. I picked the brd sauce and Carolina bbq sauces. The sauces were delish especially the Carolina bbq. It wasn’t your typical heavier bbq but lighter and a tad spicy. I loved everything so much I ordered the same thing the following week. One slightly annoying thing about customer service is when they bagged the order, they didn’t call it out, they just set the bag on the shelf and then I almost have to interrupt someone ordering on the line to ask for my food. I guess they depend on the text they send when the order is ready but the text doesn’t always arrive. Would be more efficient to call out the number as well, considering most people are waiting on the side for their order. The second time around the chicken was still the delicious however they forgot the Carolina bbq sauce and also silverware. Those two things brought it from 5 to 4 stars however I will try again so I vs. increase...

This place used to have my favorite chicken sandwich in the world, absolutely unmatched. The fries? Still primo. My previous 2 visits were… really bad in terms of service, but the food was worth it. Service on this visit was fine. Unfortunately the quality has consistently gone down in the last 18 months, along with the portion sizes. The prices have gone up, however. :( My last sandwich was undercooked, the breading was mushy, their signature BRD sauce tasted notably different - like they switched their base out to the mayonnaise they have in a public school cafeteria and went lighter on the spice. Also, my bad for not looking so closely at the menu! But two 16 oz bottled half and half’s being $8 is a fughing joke. Legitimately, I have paid less than that in an airport, and I could have just walked to the 711 or Walgreens across the street and paid $5 less? I understand that the pandemic has been hard on a lot of places, but cutting corners and inflating prices like this is just...
