Decided to go into this bar as it looked like it was the only thing opened at this location. Noticed that have lots of games, huge connect fours, card games, etc. Huge space with what looked like 3 bars inside. Plenty of standing and seating options which included high-top tables, booths, and even little couches and plush chairs if you wanted more of an elevated lounge ambiance. I really needed some food but unfortunately, when we arrived around 1230ish they stated they were not serving food anymore and they were going to be closing early which was a bummer bc we wanted a place to be able to sip and chill instead of grabbing a drink and try to rush drinking it bc they were closing. Online stated they closed at 2 am but they were already in the process of shutting down. Either way. The place seemed clean and the bartender was friendly and efficient. I ended up ordering white wine, Chardonnay and it was NOT GOOD! idk what was wrong with it but as an avid wine drinker especially chardonnay, this was the worst-tasting one ever! Kind off bummed the night didn't go as planned for us but the bartender and all the employees were friendly and efficient and didn't forcefully kick us out. We ended up just leaving after the one drink since we knew they were shutting down early. Wouldn't mind coming back and giving them another try if I'm ever in the area again.

After being told about this place by tic tock and some friends i decided to stop by . I wish I could tell you how great the food and service was but I can’t . All I can say is the place is huge and located by power plant! I came in last night ( Saturday night ) with 2 of my friends, we sat at the bar ( to the left as soon as you walk in) for a good 15-20 minutes and didn’t receive not one bit of service . The young lady behind the bar ( who had gorgeous silver sparkling nails) was behind the bar making drinks . This lady did not part her lips to acknowledge my friends and i nor did she bat an eyelash to look up at as . We WERE THE ONLY ONES AT THE BAR and not even a hello was given. We left

We came down to the Power Plant for My sister in law 39th Birthday. I was a little hesitant because I figured that's where the college kids party. But We went in Luckies and the Music was Early 90's R&B and Hip-Hop. The vibe was exactly what I like when I party. The Bartender was nice and made Me rum punch eventhough it wasn't on the menu. We ordered Wings and Fries right while they started cleaning the kitchen but decided to make them for us. The Dj was taking requests which made for a great night in the dance floor. The decor was repping all the colleges in Maryland. The bathroom was clean.

Arrived at 4:30pm on a Saturday and there was one girl waiting tables for the entire restaurant. She was also running the bar, too. After standing around for 5 minutes waiting for anyone to seat us, we were told to sit wherever. The floor was filthy, none of the tables were wiped clean, and the lighting was way too dark...although maybe they wanted it that way in the hopes that you wouldn't see how awful the place was kept. It took the waitress 10 minutes to arrive at our table so we could order our drinks, and another 10 minutes to bring them to us. The appetizer took 20 minutes to come out, and 45 minutes were spent wondering if she would come back so we could actually place our meal order. This entire time this is all taking place, the restaurant is basically empty with only a few other parties dining there. When my food finally arrived, half of the order was missing and I had to wait another 15 minutes for the waitress to come back around so I could get the rest, not to mention the food was mediocre at best. This meal dragged on and it could not have ended soon enough. And the bathroom? Leaky toilets and no soap, the bathroom was filthy to say the least. I absolutely regret dining here, this was a...

Man, I was cool with Luckies. The vibe is nice (night and afternoon). I was there last week, and I went to close my tab. They said I didn't have enough money on my card (it was my Venmo card so I never know how much is really on there). So we gave them my wife's card, we paid, said by to the awesome bartender. The next day we realize my card actually got charged, too. We paid $124 for a $62 night. I've tried to call the number they have on Google, and the one on their website. Both were not in service. Tried to message them on fb, told them they owed me money, and the response was "why do we owe you money." Didn't ask how they could help, the night I was there, which part of their bar did I drink at... Now I have to find time in my busy week to drive up there and cuss some people out. 5 stars for the vibes, 1 star for how sketch they are for not having a number, and not helping people figure out tab issues. So I'm...
