Subway — Restaurant in Baltimore

Well…. I waited in line because it was one lady in front of me. I than proceeded to text my daughter to make sure she is out the and on her way to school….The safety of my child comes first… so when your work was done she ask me was I ready. I told her no due to me still texting my daughter. She than proceeded to put cookies dough on a pan, which was fine…. The lady got down to a last few and I told her I am done. She told me to give her a few and she will take care of me. When I notice she was being smart by fixing another pan and making me wait longer when my break is only 30 mins….. This is where the problem comes in at. I leaves out without any food and went to my work bus to call the store manager. When I calls the lady answers the phone. I nicely ask her for the manager. She said the manager is not here so when I proceeded to ask her another question she hangs up… so I walk back in ur store to make a video and to take a pic of her….. customer services sucks. Must I add as I text I’m sitting on my bus with an empty stomach due to yall disrespect employee…. I would like for someone to contact me asap regarding the matter. Thank you sincerely,...

1st issue- No Italian herb & cheese bread. Got a wrap instead which is equivalent in cost but was charged extra for asking for the same amount of cheese ::side eye:: Then asked for a cup for water and was met with astonishment like I had asked to a unicorn. Never been denied a water cup as a paying customer....

Subway is pretty good no matter where you go. So I can only really talk about cleanliness and the staff. This Subway was very clean. Always is and the staff are friendly always are. So I'd recommend...
