Sutton Sandwich Shop — Restaurant in Baltimore

The woman that "runs" this place is horrible - she has a bad attitude any time you call her out on her mess. She's dishonest & mean. She literally steals money from customers - will lie at the drop of a hat and accuse customers of giving her LESS than what they have really given her. For example: she'll say someone gave her $5.00 if they really gave her $20!!! Her prices change constantly even when you order the same thing daily. One day a cheeseburger, fries & drink is $13.00 and the next it jumps up to as much as $17.00. When you question her, she gets in "Hateful Defense" mode and starts yelling at you, calling you a liar, etc. I have several co-workers who have experienced similar issues with her - some worst than I. I hope they will post their issues with her on...

So this happened to my friend today 10/26/2021 at Sutton Sandwich Shop, 1111 Park Ave Unit G3 Baltimore, MD 21201. He went in and ordered a breakfast sandwich and requested Mayo and tomato to be added to his sandwich. The woman behind the counter immediately dismissed him as she simply did not want to add Mayo and tomato to his order. She repeatedly tells him it’s not on the menu and to go to another store. He continues to try and understand why the woman won’t give him what he’s requesting while she gets more and more rude.

Finally, she yells at him that she will no longer talk to him and proceeds to ignore him and it looks like my friend isn't the only customer receiving rudeness for customer service according to the other recent reviews...

The service here was unbelievably bad. It took an inadequate amount of time to get our food. We ordered French fries and we got them in a paper bag we asked for a styrofoam tray but we were told "no " because of that the bag and French fries were soggy. Then we left the store and we were about to leave the area when we were abruptly stopped by our server. She told me and my friend that we were banned. My friend and I are both black and our server was asian. We were racially profiled and accused of littering. I would not recommend coming here ESPECIALLY if...
