This cold , stark place looks like a kitchen in a prison.If you have gotten to the point where you are looking at your iPhone 23 hours a day,this place has the right atmosphere ....none.For $9.50 you can get a bowl of lettuce,and if you are lucky ,you may find a piece of tomato in it.The servers look like they just got out of prison or are still in for the night hours.If you like salt or pepper,it is not anywhere that you can place it in your salad.You have to ask permission from one of the guards and she places the amount on it that she thinks is best.Sugar for your choice of six different "drinks " that you can purchase from the dirty dishwater machine,is non existent.When I said the word "sugar for the tea",they looked at me like I had seven eyes and shook their heads.The drinks,and I tried all of them,were nothing but tasteless colored water.The chairs and benches were all wood and very uncomfortable..but what do you expect from a prison.?Try this dump if you want to make believe that you have been incarcerated.It seems like the owners are trying to portray the fact that if you eat nothing,you will be slim and trim.They even put the exact number of grams of sugar in the drinks ,11 12 or 14,on the dispenser.Never think about going over 14 ..or you will explode.This place is a scam.I would never set foot in ...

Summation: Take caution that they have reliability, accuracy, and consistency problems with delivery and take-out orders.

They tend to miss ingredients. I had no chicken in my chicken pesto again and I only order signature dishes. I have realized that they tend to do this with take-out or pick-up orders. I notice people who eat-in at sweetgreen don’t get this problem since you can walk up to the counter to tell them they messed up or just “point” to things when they create your salad in front of you.

My recommendation: Order from honeygo if you want accurate orders for take-outs or pick-ups. They also have a better rewards program and are accurate with their take-out orders. I go to honeygo nearly weekly or twice weekly now because of their consistency and reliability. If you want to eat in and want to help a small business, then meander into fells point and hit up the vegan shop LIQUID EARTH. Their service is friendly and they really aim to please. This family owned business truly elevates their food at a better price point and makes dining in a more pleasant experience.

Its places like this that are really changing the game when it comes to eating healthy. Sweetgreen is not only a friendly place to get your health on but its an environment that makes you want to eat healthy. Its really hard to eat unhealthy here, but if you want to its certainly possible. I have committed to a lifestyle change of eating healthy in the last two months and i am going strong because of sweetgreen. I enjoy a salad for lunch at least 3 times a week, i try to get their as much as a i can. Its weird it feels like my "safe zone" with food because i know its really hard to eat unhealthy. I really enjoy their cucumber tahini dressing, its very tangy and really compliments my custom prepared bowl of awesomeness. I really appreciate the amount of effort that the company takes to ensure quality ingredients along with a flawless and efficient process. YES sometimes you have to wait, but the fact that you want to wait and so many other people are waiting should indicate how powerful this place is. I feel great since i have changed my eating habits and lifestyle and thankful for having a sweetgreen...
