Taco Fiesta in Baltimore is a true gem for taco lovers! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and vibrant atmosphere that sets the stage for an excellent dining experience. The menu is diverse and offers a wide range of options to cater to every palate, from classic tacos to inventive new twists on traditional favorites.
The food is absolutely delicious. Each taco is crafted with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. The carne asada and fish tacos are standouts, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The salsa bar is a delightful addition, offering a variety of salsas that complement the dishes perfectly. We both had the quesadilla platters, and I have to admit maybe one of the best quesadillas I’ve had in a long time …the gooey melted white cheese, the perfectly grilled and seasoned steak along with the salsa bar sealed the deal.
The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that your dining experience is top-notch from start to finish. The service is quick without compromising on quality, which is perfect for both a casual lunch and a relaxed dinner.
Overall, Taco Fiesta offers an authentic and satisfying dining experience that keeps you coming back for more. If you're in Baltimore and craving some exceptional tacos, this is the place to be! Highly recommended! I also enjoyed meeting Jerry who I believe is one of the owners or the owner. He’s super nice & friendly gentleman l! again I highly recommend checking out this place if you’re in the area and you don’t feel like dropping $100 per plate at the other surrounding fine dining restaurants ! This restaurant is conveniently located and kid friendly and ultimately a cool environment perfect for street gazing! While munching on tacos w cold beers...
Read moreVery good food but at a price. Went here today after not having been for a few years. Free chips? No. You have to pay extra for the chips. And you can't just get a plain bowl of chips and use the "free" salsa bar. No, no, no. You have to buy a dip portion to be handed the chips (which are stacked shoulder high behind the counter - taunting you). The small queso and chips is $6.50 and gives you about 3 bites of cheese. It's about the size of a Dixie Cup. The large queso and chips is $7.50 and gives you enough dip to drown in its cheesy goodness. So, of course you have to get the large. Otherwise, you'll run out of dip after a couple chips. A steak burrito was $15.50 and came with nothing but the burrito. Granted, the burrito was the size of an 8-pound gym weight and was excellent. But no side of rice and beans. No side of sour cream or lettuce or guac. If you want that, it's another $3.79. So, then you're talking $20 for a burrito. Oh, Taco Fiesta you do vex me. So fresh. So delicious. Yet, like the Great Ring of Power the...
Read moreA great place, it is quite basic with plastic tables and cutlery and you order at the counter and take a number and wait for them to call it out but the food is well worth it. We order two sets of tacos (shrimp and baja) and a burrito as well as two drinks wbhich came to $50. The food is cheap but exceptionally tasty with good sized portions and there is a self serve area with various extras such as onions, chillis, tomatoes, peppers and various sauces. There is a chart on the wall about indicating how hot each item is. The spice level on the main dishes was good and having the extras meant that anyone that wanted more spice/heat could adjust this for themselves. The only downside and the reason for four stars not five is that alcohol is VERY expensive - a (small) glass of wine was $12 which was more than anywhere else on our holiday including the Hard Rock Cafe and the Cheesecake Factory both of which are in the main tourist area and quite pricey compared...
