I suppose that management has changed. I understand that mistakes happen but. Here's the circumstance: The order was placed at 10:57pm for delivery. The driver delivered the food and the order was paid in cash. While checking the food, I noticed my wings were missing and informed the driver. I also checked my subs and one was completely incorrect. I called the spot and they said another driver will be bringing wings and the sub. A driver arrived but only had the wings. I contacted the spot again and they said "well why don't you just eat the sub and ask for a discount for next time". (1. I ordered what I ordered with my money because THAT'S what I wanted. Not what you all mistaking gave me. 2. They wouldn't have ever honored giving me a discount if I mentioned it another time and the order should be free, honestly.) At this point, they're frustrated with me because I still want my sub so they aggressively told me the driver is on the way and hung up quickly. I called every 20 minutes because no one had arrived. At this point, it's almost 1am which is their closing time. I continued to call and they'd continue to say, in a disrespectful tone, the driver is on the way. I tried to be patient...until it was 1:45. I chose to go directly to the spot and find out what's going on. I also got in contact with the driver who informed me that the spot never gave him anymore orders to send out. (What was the point of lying and keeping me waiting for nothing?) I spoke with the (rude) associates and they told me to talk to the manager the next morning. While this was an inconvenience to me, I still made my way there. At this point, I requested for a refund for the sub which is extremely fair to them because the entire order should've been free since it was wrong and late. They tried their best to get over on me, claiming that they cannot give me the money back and looking down on the situation. (If the situation was different and I received the food and did not pay, they'd take their measures to get that owed money for me. It's all about fairness.) Read moreIf I could give this place no star,I would.My troubles started when I decided to order a pizza after work on November 5th,the people seemed nice and courteous.I ordered and payed with my card.I was told it would take 45 minutes to be there,45 minutes came and went,no pizza,over an hour passed and still no pizza.I called and the guy billy acted as if he didn't see my order then only agreed when I reminded him that he took my order.My pizza finally came late and ice cold,if I wanted a cold pizza I could have gotten Digorno and they are a million times better.I called billy back and told him I didn't want the pizza and explained why.He said they are sending another one out.I told him no I want my money back and he said he refunded me.I watched from my online banking the order pend all night long then my bank paid them.I called back and told them I have no refund and that my bank paid you.He said it would take 3-5 buissness days.3-5 days passed.I called yesterday and the owner Razi told me to speak to billy,I called billy and he told me call the owner Razi or Omer.Finally today 8 days later I got Razi and he said that I would get it back in cash,just walk in.I came after work and the owner Omer was there,he was disrespectful and told billy and I quote,'Handle this billy,because I can't deal with it.'Firstly I am not a this,I am a human being and a customer.In order to get my money back I had to go onto my online banking and show billy that I never it any money back.This place is disgusting,dishonest,disrespectful,tacky and unprofessional.It is just plain ghetto being in the back of a market with stains on the walls.I'm warning you,read the reviews and save yourself from a nightmare.Domino's is up the street,get them or better still buy a frozen...
Read moreI order here pretty often from my job and from my home and lately I’ve been getting terrible service last week I was at work (at a School) I’m an IEP worker and the young lady that took my order said she wasn’t taking my order at the school because I sounded like a child so I asked to speak to the manager (she said she was the manager which was a lie ) she said I had to pay with a credit card in order to order instead of asking me to show my ID she said that was there policy to pay with a card in order to get food (HORRIBLE) then tonight I called to place an order usually they will say 45min to an hour but the guy manager didn’t say anything I hung up and about 8 mins LITERALLY the driver was outside I was Trynna shower to kill time but I grabbed a robe ran down stairs turned on the lights in the house and the light on my front I asked him if he can bring it to the door he started being rude so I said or give me a second to slip something on he said he not doing that and pulled off I called the store the guy informed me that the owner allows the driver to do what they want so they dnt have to get out the cars mind you I live on an elderly block with not one police light pole but 2 and there is nobody walking around or in sight I’ve never had a problem with this place Ive been living here over 3 years and never had an issue before they said they sent him back he never showed up they are now closed I’m also the person who spends over 40-50 dollars on my off day to feed my household I do not appreciate the service I have been receiving from them at all I will be calling to speak with the owner I might have to start ordering elsewhere from now on the food amazing the service sucks I’m gonna start ordering from YORK...
