Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bangor

Was just at this location and bought 2 strawberry dragon fruit refreshers. Came back a couple of hours later because we were on the same side of city and had to use the bathroom. I went inside to use the bathroom and the door was locked . My question was "Can I get a key". Her answer was you need to "buy something" . My answer was "I purchased 2 drinks a little while ago". She's like you need to prove that. I went out I grabbed the drinks from my car and I proved it .bathroom. Now I might have been a little short with her but I am literally doing a rain dance just standing there waiting for her to justify this refusal after I clearly have a recent purchase. This particular Dunkin has also had some bad issues in the past with their bathrooms. I told the woman that I can guarantee that I'm not that kind of person either. She said I don't like your tone and she refused me the restroom at this time. I come to this Dunkin all the time she has made this business lose at least $30 from my purchases alone per week. I hope the 10000 other people that read my reviews will get this message as well ... There was definitely a better way for her to handle this situation.. poor poor...

My friend and I were going to the Niall Horan concert at the Amphitheater across the street from this Dunkin’ Donuts. We brought a small Steve Madden backpack to hold our stuff, not being from here we assumed the bag would be fine but it turns out it either had to be clear or the size of a notecard, off topic but who has a bag the size of a notecard. We asked the guard if they had anywhere we could put it, they continued to say they don’t hold bags and that maybe we could hide it somewhere, since we had walked an had no car to put it in. This was frustrating since we didn’t know what to do with it, but we decided to ask this Dunkin’ Donuts would hold it for us, they were extremely sweet and helpful. They checked to make sure it was okay and then continued to hold it for us which was amazing considering our situation. When we came back to get it they were extremely nice while also being busy due to the end of the concert. Staff at this location in the morning was very rude. After my wife and I paid for our beverages and sat down the Morning shift Manager came to our table with a very disrespectful attitude and told us we had 20 minutes to Finnish and we would have to leave for loitering and if we decide to place another order we would still have to leave. Feeling disrespected I recorded on video asking her to repeat herself and she instead of explaining or repeating what she said. Ignored me and called the cops I decided to just leave brush off her ignorance of education with law and decided best thing to do is share my experience with a bad review and go to the Bangor corprate office and file a grievance. This was a young Lady very rude to people. Maybe she doesn't like her hair with having it pulled back obviously balding with a five finger for head. Or its her teeth bothering her. My guess Crystal Meath has her held down with addiction or she is in early recovery. My prayers are with her but I believe she should not work...
