Bought a couch over 2 years ago one of the recliners got stuck well in the reclining position, we were asked to return the damaged part to see if they can fix it or order a part for it. After returning it we were given the run around and after spending months waiting for them to make it right I gave up. I was texting and sending pictures with one of their employees and I never heard back. So all this time I’ve never had the complete set of couch I paid over $2,000 for and I will never do business here again. We also bought a kitchen table the leg cracked as we were putting it together. Pretty disappointed in the lack of communication and unprofessionally they handle things. Read moreThe gentleman who helped us was very informative and patient we had so many questions , he didn't mind answering them . The problem was when we got our stuff home The couch had a slit on one of the cushions it came in the box another part was over it and we did not use scissors to open it so we know it wasn't us. When we took the pieces of our table out the legs had really big cracks in the wood so it was very upsetting but we love our furniture we had great customer service and honestly don't want to go through the hassle of calling and complaining.
