High Clouds Vape & Smoke Shop — Local services in Barstow

I used go here to snag a vape or two since their prices were alright and their employees were friendly, lately they have a new policy of "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" which I didn't consider would be issue since any time I bought a vape and tested it in store, they'd replace it if it turned out to be a dud. Stuff like this happens, no product is perfect! This time though, after purchasing one that was burnt out (albeit on discount) it lasted all of 10 puffs before burning out. I figured that wasn't an issue, came back to exchange it and that's when I was ran into the "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" policy, as told by the new employee there. This means they can sell sub-par product, and you'll be outta luck if you paid in cash.

So heads up, if you buy something and it turns out to be crap, make sure you paid with a card so you can do a charge back if this happens to you. I was a fool to pay in cash, and I used really love this place too. This wouldn't of happened if...
