I am so angry that we placed an order, the money was taken out from our account, and then for some reason we were told we don’t have an order because we haven’t paid for it? It was clearly shown that the money was taken out. Then the staff threatened to escort the person out of the restaurant with the cops? We have your names and it is being reported. Disputing the transaction as well. No wonder this place is rated so awful. Management clearly doesn’t understand how to treat their PAYING customers. Ordered online for delivery said they couldn’t find the house, and said they couldn’t reach us by phone saying we put 873 as the area code and corrected herself saying she knew it would’ve been 863 area code. Went to the store to have them remake the order and refused saying we never put one in and refused to give us a refund then proceeded to hand us the receipt of the order. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!!!! I am literally sitting on the toilet as I write this. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! My 2 year old and I unfortunately received food poisoning from this place and I’m going on two days, Of things coming out of places in an untimely manner and I am not ok.
