AT&T Store — Local services in Bartow

Drove to Bartow to get a screen replacement on my iPhone. Arrived at the store at 12:11pm when I walked up to the door it showed the store opened at 11am. The doors were locked and then here comes Joey walking around the corner. He confirmed they were open. He asked me if I could wait for 30 minutes. I told him I couldn’t. He he couldn’t help me then. Not very professional. Last time I’ll come back to this store. I’ve been to the Northside Lakeland store, Lakeside Village store, and many others. I’ve been to this one three times now and every time I’ve had a bad experience. I love AT&T but this store has been a bad experience...
