Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bastrop

I worked at this dominos. There is an insect problem. Right next to the manager's office, there is a letter to everyone FROM the manager saying how he found a maggot in the store, and has picture evidence of it. But they won't tell that to you, the customer. On top of the maggots, I have also witnessed tons of baby cockroaches running around. The employees never use gloves when touching your food. Also, they don't care about cross contamination at all. At the end of the night, they do something they call "picking pits", which means all the cheese and meats that fall through the screen on the food line, and get all cross contaminated... yeah.. they ask us to individually pick out all of the meats and put them back to serve the next day. Called an hour ahead @ 11:30am to Pick-up @ 12:30pm, because it was a "Football" Sunday and I was going to work. I asked if that was enough time and was assured it was plenty of time. Arrived @12:30pm, the doorbell rang as I entered to 3 employees behind the counter and not 1 acknowledged my presence. I asked if there was someone working the counter, again silence. I raised my voiced and stated, "I'm here to pick up an order, my name is Melinda". The Asst Manager came to the registers to said, "You need to chill"! Asked my name again, looked at the screens and said, "It's going to be another 10mins". At this point I realized my order hadn't been started. I said this was unacceptable, I had to go to work. The Asst Manager offered me a refund, but that wasn't a viable option because I need food and not a refund. I asked about Delivery and he said he could do that. It was Delivered an hour...

I ordered from this location and of course, knew they had mandatory contactless delivery. I am fine with that. After 45 minutes pass, my phone lets me know that the driver is almost here so I go into the living room just to watch and wait. I see the car pull in... but the delivery driver doesn't exit the car! I wait for 5 minutes, nothing. I open the door a crack to let the driver know that I am here. Nothing. A few minutes later, the driver pulls off WITH MY FOOD. I call the business and they claimed that the driver knocked. I know he didn't. The manager then sent the driver back where I was forced to go outside. They basically did NOT do contactless delivery as mandated by the city government. I will be reporting them for not practicing social distancing and not doing contactless delivery.

I will be ordering from Double Daves from now on. They know how to treat...
