I love James Avery but the employees at this store are absolutely awful!!! We were completely ignored while other people kept coming in and they were assisted but we weren’t. We waited and no one assisted us. I’ve been to this location before and never had an issue but this experience was the worst. Best customer service ever!!!!! First was to ask questions and look at charms in stock. All my questions were answered by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Second visit was to pick up online order. Order was completed sooner than expected. When picking up the order, I was able to examine merchandise and she helped put it on my wrist. I had a friend with me and he recieved great service...
