You have to have an appointment to do anything, including picking up the item fixed. I needed an iPhone battery replaced so I made an appointment and had the battery replaced. I had to make another appointment to pick it up two hours later when it was done. When I picked up the phone the Touch ID would not work. I had to make another appointment for them to see what was wrong. They ran diagnostics test on the phone and stated everything passed and then stated their was nothing they could do to fix the issue. I told them the Touch ID worked when I brought it in and someone y’all did broke it. I was told again nothing they could do and that I would have to take it to an Apple store to have it fixed since it did not fail the diagnostics test. I had to pay additional money to fix something they broke and would not fix. Never again will I use the Geek Squad! Save your money and take it directly to an Apple store...

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
I took my computer in to have them do a simple wipe of windows 10 and a clean reinstallation of windows 11. Simple right? Something I could do myself(And I did end up doing myself), my computer was just a bit of a mess and I was being a little lazy.
Fast forward 3 days, no response from anyone from their team. I go back into the store to check on the progress and I was told I have bad memory(Clearly trying to upsell services) and all of my RAM sticks were handed back to me in a plastic bag when I declined.. This is the equivalent of having your tires returned back to you in the trunk of your car after a failed brake job. Absurd.
Save your time and money and if you have a problem with your PC or device that you can't manage on your own. Take it to a local professional..

Later, my wife discovered that he had failed to plug in the Digital Optical Audio Cable, in back of the unit. We plugged it in & everything is fine. Bottom line: we DID NOT get the service we paid for. This was a simple “change-out” of an existing unit. It should not have been such...
