I used to order from here a lot and liked it quite a bit, but then Dave's hot chicken opened across the street. Even before Dave's opened it was always a debate. Should I go to Cane's or go to Chick-fil-A which is literally across the street? When I want a chicken spicy sandwich I'll go to Chick-fil-A when you get that Chick-fil-A craving. If I want some good chicken tenders and some Cane's sauce and the honey mustard and some good Texas toast, toasted on both sides. (Check my picture not toasted on both sides. ) Then you go to Cane's! But the last two times I went this meal was free and the last one I paid for. complaining got me the free meal. So make sure if you don't like yours and it's a legit complaint to call the manager. Last time the chicken was excellent hot crispy. The toast was toasted on both sides unlike this time but the fries were cold and super hard to eat because they were hard. (I normally order an extra Cane's sauce just for the fries, so you know I wanted them!)

This time on my free meal they only felt like toasting half of the toast so each side only has one toasted side. One was decently toasted and the other got a quick kiss on the grill. Might as well just give me a piece of bread and then the chicken. This time was not the best. Probably the worst chicken tenders I've ever had from Cane's. They were not crispy. They were soggy and they were like hard square chicken nuggets like I thought this was fresh chicken. What's going on here guys? You looking like Wendy's now?

Sweet tea like always was good and I do say they always do have good service. I never had to complain about that except for when the girl gave me the sweet tea and the top wasn't on and then it spilled all over my leather seats. But beyond that the service is excellent. I must say that they're always in what seems to be a good mood and seem like they like their jobs. But the food guys needs to be like it used to be. You got lots of competition. Now I won't be coming back because hot Dave's and Chick-fil-A will both be getting my money. It will be a much easier decision between the two instead of between the three of you. So goodbye forever and I don't think I'll miss you but I will always have the memories of when you and I...

Visited for the first time just to try it out. The food was good for the most part. The menu selection is very limited. Basically just chicken fingers and that fine because I assume that's their gig. You have a meal choice of 6, 4 or 3 chicken fingers with fries, Texas toast and a drink or a chicken sandwich made with 3 fingers, fries and a drink. There is a kids meal as well. The taste was good. The chicken could have been crispier. The fries were good. The best taste of the meal was the Texas toast. Very good flavor and soft bread. Sweet tea was very good as well.

What we didn't like was the noise and uncleanness of the restaurant. Regarding the noise, the music was way to loud. No I'm not old. I just like to hear the person I'm there with. The noise coming from the kitchen was crazy and almost drowned out the loud music that's how out of control the noise in the kitchen was. Seemed like employees were yelling over each other. Regarding the uncleanness, we could not find a clean table in the whole place and we were the only people inside the restaurant. Some tables liked like they were at one point wiped with a very dirty rag. There was food bits on tables, chairs and the floor. The entire time we were there not one of the many employees working came out to clean any tables or floor. The drink area was a mess with wet areas and some dried pop areas. The small garbage for straw wrappers was full.

I really hope the franchise owner wasn't there because if what we saw was normal they won't be around long.

All in all the food taste was good but we probably won't be back again because of the atmosphere and...

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My experience today was awful. I get my food in the drive through, and drive home. Takes about 10-15 minutes to drive home. When I get home, instead of digging into my food I’ve been craving for the entire drive home, I see I have the completely wrong food. I ordered a sandwich combo, and a 3 tender combo. I received neither. Instead, I received some fries and 3 pieces of bread. Not at all what I ordered. I had to angrily drive back to Canes, still hungry, and explain I got the wrong order. When walking in, there was no one behind the cash register to take my order. It took this place a solid 60-90 seconds to see I was standing there. Then when I finally had someone to take care of my issue, I hear from the back “Oh, this is the car that took off.” Hearing that made me very angry considering it was clear we got handed a bag and was told “bye” as our indication to leave. So we did. This young lady’s attitude doesn’t end here. When I finally get the right food for my order, I asked where the messed up food went cause it seems silly to throw away good food. This young lady with the attitude then says “it’s policy to throw away messed up orders” in such a passive aggressive tone. If this IS policy, I think that should change so the inconvenience of getting the wrong order is satisfied to get more than what the customer paid for. The worst experience from fast food ever. Never coming back if my order is going to be messed up this bad, and then feel disregarded...

LOVE LOVE LOVED the chicken fingers here. Totally blew my mind! I’ve been a die-hard Chick-fil-A fan (and I still am) but this place took fast-food chicken fingers to the next level! At first I was super skeptical because I’ve never heard of this chain and because they’re right across the street from an actual Chick-fil-A (bold move!). The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially because I didn’t know what to order. Once my food arrived, I was immediately excited to try out their house dipping sauce. It was a tangy and spicy sauce with a mustard base which is totally my jam! Pro tip: double up on the sauce portions even if you have to pay for it, you won’t regret it. Seriously pumped for this new fast-food chain in the great Batavia area. I think it’s going to do just fine 👌

It was our first time visiting Raising Cane's Chicken. My teen daughter wanted to treat us for lunch. Even if I'm not a big fan of chicken and fries, we went there. Surprisingly, the food was good. The chicken tenders were crunchy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. The fries were great, too. The portions were big. We were not able to finish our meals. The place was clean, and the service was really fast, even with a line. For weekends, parking is challenging if you don't want to park in their neighbor's parking spots.
