Wendy's — Restaurant in Batavia Township

This is review is based on the service I received this evening only. I’m working on this from the parking lot as I just left this location o posting this at 8:34pm. The young lady accepting my money Rockstar. The lady from the movie misery is who has dark hair and was week f a black sweat shirt that took my order and handed me my food, I hope you’re simply having a bad night and tonight wasn’t your norm. In the customer service industry which you are in you should try to be hospitable. 9 don’t know when a customer pulls up saying something like “hello” for starters. Also don’t get an attitude when a person asks for a cup holder. Still trying to figure out why you would try to give me three drinks when it’s only me on the front seat and you can see clear into my car. Thus you throw an attitude when I asked for a cup holder. Your saving grace from me not letting you have it with your rudeness was the fact that I was listening to kidsbop on the radio. Do better or work overnight security somewhere where you have little to no customer interaction because I could tell you’d bring the entire shift down working with you. #dobetter because...

Enough with the religious/Christian music in the restaurant. Both this location and the Saint Charles location on Randall Road have irritating religious music constantly playing and it really makes me not want to come back to these 2 specific locations. I have nothing against Christianity but the music is horrible and makes it very uncomfortable to eat at these 2 locations. Maybe the franchisee can read all the comments on the local area social media pages of people complaining about the same thing and saying it's the reason why they won't eat at these locations. Put on some 80s soft rock or almost anything else. Just turn off the religious music already!

Also, might want to get some better management at the Batavia, IL location. There's a younger female supervisor/manager that doesn't seem to do her job. All the employees stand around talking and swearing, and not doing any work when she's on shift. There's cleaning that can be done, customers that can be...

I come to this Wendy's all the time cause its closest to my work and it was great, but lately I've noticed a decline in service and food, especially in the morning. I will be the only person there in the morning and order just a 6 piece french toast meal through the mobile app and I get parked by the door to wait? Multiple times this has happened and i go almost every morning. Also, the food itself has not been great either. The potatoes most of the time have been over cooked and inedible, just opened my sandwich to see zero honey butter on it and it just seems like things are getting worse each week.
