Had a Domino’s app for a few years. It was my mistake of not changing my number on the app but usually I had no problems of them calling me. Typically it arrived within 45 minutes. So I called the store after about an hour and 20 minutes because I was monitoring on the App the progress. I seen that it came out the oven pretty recently because it took a while for them to even put it in the oven. I said OK they might be busy tonight. When I called after an hour later the guy I spoke to on the phone asked me if I want to cancel the order because they were backed up but he said it was ready for me. I said OK will since you made it already I ordered the pizza so therefore I wanted it and he said the driver should be there after while. Almost 2 1/2 hours later I told the guy this was my new number. When I called back after knowing I told him this was my new number he said the driver try to call me on the old number again and said he was leaving so since I didn’t answer on the old number they canceled my order almost 3 hours later coincidentally it was 10 minutes till close. So I’m sure they all wanted to go home and just said the hell with my order. The guy I spoke to on the phone had the audacity to argue and raise his voice at me. How do I get in touch with the area director of operations in this area? That is very bad business. The pizza is not even that good anyway it was just the convenience of it and the convenience of it tonight went straight to hell. Sorry dominoes you suck! The only thing that keeps you alive is paying tons of money for advertisement. Usually I don’t complain about much and I’ve had orders take long before. And I’ve had pizza cold and stale after an investment of $30. That’s enough money to go dining somewhere nicer than that place. I don’t know what the hell they’re smoking over there but their brains all dumb....
Read moreI was picking up two different orders for takeout from the dominoes on Staring lane. I arrived 20 minutes after my orders were placed, when they said it would be ready. When I arrived at the window, the person taking my payment was unfamiliar with their operating system, mixed up my orders and couldn't grasp that I was picking up two orders. After 5 minutes and explaining repeatedly which orders were mine, we get that settled. By this point it's 10 minutes past my order time. They bring my food to my window, then walk across the store and bring it to the other window, and tell me to pull around, there were no cars behind me. I pull around to the other side, and one of the employees is chatting and laughing with someone in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Finally they leave, I pull up to the window, and I tell her my orders and I'm very rudely told one of the orders isn't ready yet. After waiting another 10 minutes, 25 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready, I got the employees attention and asked when it would be ready. Once again she was horribly rude to me and " Your just gonna have to wait and get it when you get it". Waited another 10 minutes, when finally 30 minutes after, I see them grab a pizza, that had been sitting on the counter for the past 10 minutes and bring it to me. Read moreOrder placed at 9:01pm and we waited 2hours, 20 minutes for a pizza that NEVER CAME!! Estimated delivery time was 30-40 minutes. We called the store back at 10:15pm, and the in-store Dominos rep- who sounded drunk- could not give us a reason for why the pizza had not been delivered and just kept telling us, “Yeah, its probably about to be on its way”. Called back and asked to speak with a supervisor (Jason) at 10:40pm...he had no explanation for why the pizza hadn’t been delivered yet, and just kept saying “Oh, its on the way- it hasn’t gotten there yet?” Called back to speak with Jason at 10:48pm...he said, “Oh, yeah..your pizza is on its way. We’re just behind and I think we got your phone number mixed up with another customer so we couldn’t call you.” At 11:10pm we made one final call to the store and Jason blatantly LIED TO US, saying that the delivery driver came to our door and no one was home. There is NO RECORD of the delivery driver punching in our code at the front gate of our subdivision, and furthermore, the video surveillance at our home show that NO ONE ever came to our door! Jason then refused to give us the store owner's name and contact info when we asked for it. This is the most ridiculous excuse for customer service that we have ever experienced.
