We visited The Jewelry Fix and initially felt a good connection. However, it’s important to make it clear that Uzi is not a jeweler, diamond expert, or gemologist—he is a well-dressed salesman who lacks integrity. If you’re looking for authenticity in a diamond, go to a reputable jewelry store. Do not buy from The Jewelry Fix—or you’ll end up getting “fixed.”
We had a custom 14K gold wedding set made for $4,000. Uzi promised it would be ready in time for a proposal that was planned well in advance. As the date approached, he began giving excuses. Red Flag 🚩 When the proposal date arrived—Christmas, with family flying in from out of town—he failed to deliver the ring as promised. The proposal didn’t happen. He assured us over and over, but ultimately offered nothing but excuses. Proposal ruined.
After the purchase, he provided a diamond certificate for 10K gold, not 14K as agreed—completely dishonest. We also had to ask him to include the value on the certificate, which he said he would do but never did.
Uzi is calm and all smiles and quick to call you “Boss” when you agree with his sales pitch, but the moment questions arise or he’s asked to go beyond his script, it’s clear he’s uncomfortable and unqualified.
Do not buy from The Jewelry Fix, especially for significant purchases. We are living proof that his promises are empty and his word lacks integrity. There are many reputable jewerly stores out there—please think twice before trusting this business and purchasing from "The Jewelry Fix".

Read moreATTENTION: DO NOT BUY AT THIS STORE!!! Take your time to read the newest reviews from customers that have been affected from the owner of this place. Read carefully and you’ll see the he always have an excuse from all the complains that he received .
I brought a broken bracelet that bought from them two times in less than 4 weeks as part of the warranty on a gold jewelry but guess what? The owner forgot his nice suit, courtesy that he had when he was trying to sell me the 3 pieces of jewelry that I did bought from them. He ends screaming to me and saying and asking me what to do about the bracelet because he didn’t have any answer to fix it. He claims the he did it the first time a courtesy and two days later was broken again but he was trying to charge me for the second repair. He also said “man, what do you want me to do if you wear your jewelry when you go to work at construction” … he doesn’t know me but he assumes that I do construction. Totally ridiculously. At the end yell to me “get out of my store, I don’t have time to your claim in front of the other customers and staff.
His business was already reported to the business bureau and hopefully they will teach them how to run...
