I recently visited Loft18 with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing due to ongoing technical issues and poor customer service.
Upon arrival, we were seated at Bay 1. The hostess informed us that the bay had been experiencing technical problems and even rebooted the system before we started. She also mentioned that the touchscreen was non-functional and we would need to use a keypad and mouse instead. Despite being aware of these issues, the bay was still made available for customer use, which was our first concern.
Throughout our session, the simulator continued to malfunction—frequently freezing, returning to the home screen mid-game, and overall being unreliable. The cursor often failed to respond properly, making the games virtually unplayable. Staff, including the hostess and manager, had to reboot the system 5–6 times during our session.
To make matters worse, we were unable to play any of the golf simulation games, which was the primary reason for our visit. During one of the reboots, the hostess asked if we would like any drinks, which came across as a gesture of goodwill due to the repeated inconveniences. However, those drinks were later added to our bill. When we questioned the charge, we were told the hostess didn’t have the authority to offer complimentary items.
Instead of offering a full or significant refund for the consistent interruptions, we were given a single 25% off coupon—hardly adequate for an experience disrupted multiple times due to equipment failures. At the very least, each of the six interruptions warranted a comparable gesture of goodwill.
As a new establishment, I would strongly encourage your team to consider closing malfunctioning bays until fully operational, or at minimum, clearly informing guests beforehand of ongoing issues. We would have appreciated the option to enjoy food and drinks instead of wasting our time on a broken simulator.
Regrettably, due to this experience, I do not plan...
Read moreOn June 5th, 2025 my friends and I rented the VIP room to watch the NBA Finals and play some virtual golf, but it was a total disaster! After being escorted to your VIP bay without instructions on how to use or set up the simulator, we waited about 15 minutes for initial contact with our waitress, Emily, to show up and take our order. After that, she disappeared and would not regularly check on us. I had to keep going to find her, and at one point, I overheard the manager telling her she needed to help with other tables. It was frustrating because we spent 3X - 4x more than those other tables, yet we got less attention.
The virtual games were not properly calibrated and barely worked, so after 30 minutes, we gave up on playing the virtual games.
It was game #1 of the NBA Finals, so why were the TVs in the VIP section showing the news instead of the game? Our waitress was a ghost, so we had to track down a manager to change the TV on the game, which was a ridiculous and unthoughtful customer experience.
Then we waited an HOUR for fried macaroni bites. When I asked what was taking so long, Emily said the kitchen was backed up and they only have two fryers. We felt they were prioritizing other tables over us. Seriously, how does it take that long to fry macaroni bites? We finally got them after waiting another 15 minutes( in addition to the hour we had already waited).
I have a couple of positives: We ordered four orders of wings in four different flavors, and they were all pretty good. The atmosphere was nice as well.
Overall, this was a horrible experience! It’s disappointing that we paid extra for a VIP bay and got zero value. I would not do VIP here again and will only return as a last-resort option.

Read moreSERVICE WAS NOT THE BEST. WE WERE IMMEDIATELY SEATED, THE WAITRESS TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE MAKING HER WAY TO OUR TABLE. KEKE WAS THE SERVER AND I BELIEVE ADRIAN WAS MANAGER I DEALT WITH. THE APPETIZERS WERE SHAKY, THE SPINACH DIP WAS WATERY (I CAN TELL THEY USED FROZEN SPINACH), THE BUFFALO SPINACH DIP HAD CLUMPS OF CREAM CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM NOT SURE WHICH ONE. ORDERED THE BUKU FRIES TO REPLACE THOSE WHICH WAS PRETTY GOOD ( ONLY THAT WOULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER WAS IF THEY FRIES WERE FRESHLY COOKED.) HAD TO ASK ANOTHER SERVER FOR NAPKINS AND UTENSILS BECAUSE OUR SERVER NEVER BROUGHT OR OFFERED EITHER, ALSO HAD TO REQUEST REFILLS WHILE WAITING FOR THE FOOD, THE SERVER CAME BACK AND ASKED WERE WE READY FOR THE TICKET, I ADVISED HER THAT WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE FOOD BUT PLEASE BRING THE TICKET. ONCE RECEIVING THE FOOD....THINGS CONTINUED TO GO FURTHER DOWN HILL. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION IT WAS TAKING SO LONG (25-30 MINUTES) DUE TO ME ASKING FOR A WELL DONE BURGER, UPON BITING THE BURGER IT WAS EVERYTHING BUT WELL DONE. WITH THIS I SPOKE WITH MANAGEMENT AGAIN, HE DID OFFER TO PLACE IT BACK ON THE GRILL, WHICH I JUST REQUESTED THE TICKET, AT THE POINT I WAS BEYOND DISAPPOINTED PAID THE TICKET AND LEFT. ALSO MY SON ORDERED THE HOT HONEY CHICKEN, IT WAS NOT A CHICKEN BREAST IT APPEARED TO BE CHICKEN TENDERS DIPPED IN SOME KIND OF SAUCE OR GLAZE THAT WAS NOT TASTY...
