My family and I are here on vacation attending a church conference. I'm sad to say that we have had a bad service experience with some of the restaurants here in Baton Rouge, with the exception of two. I'm glad to say that Hooters was one of the two restaurants that we were pleased with. The food was great and the service was very outstanding, especially for a restaurant that was about to close 30 minutes before we walked in the door. We are happy to say that Brooke was a wonderful server that took the time and made sure that we were pleased from the time we left the building. I would also like to commend Toni for assisting Brooke without hesitation to make sure the needs of my family were met.
There was a communication breakdown between Brooke and I with my son's order, although I requested for Brooke to not worry about it, she took it upon her self to inform her manager that we had a slight misunderstanding about our order. Mr. Kyle (manager) came out and asked about the communication breakdown and went above and beyond to make sure that we were 100% satisfied before leaving the restaurant.
Again, I must say good food and customer service is something that I look for at any restaurant that I attend and the staff and the management at Hooters were courteous and professional. Needless to say, we definitely will be returning to this location...
Read moreI made this order on Doordash where i ordered 12 count buff shrimp w celery all sauce on the side spicy garlic 3 mile and lemon pepper, i got the order and it was incorrect ( only double celery with 3mile and one ranch) so i proceeded to call the store where the manager Joshua tells me he remembered bagging the order and it was correct. so i then asked so all bags are sealed when leaving the store correct he said yes that’s correct ! he proceeded to blame the door dasher for my order being wrong where as if the bag was sealed there was no way for her to open the bag then reseal it without the bag either ripping or their being residue of the adhesive on the bag as if it was already open…i know this because i worked at hooters for quite some time! the order was missing 2 items i don’t know why the MANAGER would lie about something so simple as 12buff shrimp so i proceeded to call the store back numbers of times and no answer ! i have a problem with that and i understand it’s the end of the night and everything is probably now clean and broken down but that’s no excuse as a manager to lie on a third party when it was the stores mistake ! grow up! it’s the customer service industry it happens! take your lick...
Read moreMy husband and I went to this location on Friday September 26th around lunchtime. We were greeted at the door and seated! There were 2 BRPO dining and 1 of the waitresses stayed glued to their table. The manager came from behind the counter and also hugged and talked to them for about 5 mins. The officers left and we were still sitting waiting for our waitress to make an appearance. We sat for 30 mins with 5 young ladies standing at the entrance of this establishment, literally looking at us eye to eye and NEVER not one of them came to our table . We weren’t even offered a drink !!! So after sitting for 30 mins with absolutely no service at all , feeling so humiliated and embarrassed we politely got up and walked out the door!!! I’ve been in the food industry my whole entire life and I’ve never treated any of my customers in this type of manner. My customers are who pays my bills, without your customers your bills don’t get paid. Just shocked and extremely humiliated! I’ve had bad service before BUT NEVER EVER THIS BAD!!! I promise you one thing we will NEVER walk into your establishment ever again. This was the Corporate Blvd location...
