We were having a casual anniversary meal. We were going to go to Bush, La. for their all you care to eat buffet but decided to try Juicy Seafood Baton Rouge instead. I really wanted crab legs and decided to try Juicy instead of Fiery Crab.
Good food, horrible service/ waitress.
The short version. The food was good! The restaurant decor is nice and the restaurant is clean.
Those are the only nice things I can say.
The waitress and the service she provided was horrible!
A short little lady with a earring in her nose was our server.
She did not come to take our order for 15 minutes! She only stopped to take our order while passing by once I said I guess they had forgotten about us and she heard me.
She referenced that her lack of acknowledging us initially was because she was in the bathroom because she was having stomach issues. ( Too much info for guest who are about to eat).
Once she brought the food she NEVER came back to check on us until well after another server that we had to ask for more ketchup, a beverage refill and a crab cracker had to get these things for us.
The gentleman that did bring the items brought everything except a crab cracker.
He brought me a pair of scissors!!! Because there were no crab crackers! Scissors!
There was another gentleman at one of her other tables near us that had also gotten out of his seat to look for her. He passed our table and said "What is going on", He said what kind of s____ is this?
When she finally did come back to the table and said we're we ok, I said no because of the items we needed and that someone else had to get those things for us since she never came back to check on us.
Once again she said she was in the bathroom due to her troubling stomach issues she was having. (Again too much information for guest who are having a meal)!
I asked another passing waitress for the Manager. The young man who refilled the drink and gave us more ketchup came to the table and said he is the closest level to management.
He is slender built with locks.
He said he would see what he could do. This was not about anything other than her horrible service! I reminded him that this meal was not free. So her lack of good customer service and oversharing about her toilet/tummy/ bathroom situation was not exceptable.
He came back, apologized and offered us slices of cheesecake!
We declined!
When he brought the check I said I was disappointed with the service and he said he told " The Manager" which tells me that if the manager was onsite and would not come out to talk to a customer they do not value their customers concerns.
After we paid our bill and we were on our way out of the door and our waitress who was near the exit door sarcastically yelled "Ya'll have a great day" in a rude tone!
I continued out of the door because she was not going to get a reaction out of me. We will NEVER go there again!

Read moreI have recently order here several times and my orders are always huge orders upon my arrival my order wasn't prepared I had to wait 20 mins I didn't get a friendly welcoming Most of the employees were standing around talking and the receptionist was on the phone texting I had to reintroduce myself after several others walk in an were seated I hate the fact that my experiences were sadly a disappointment on this occasion on top my order was over 180.00 dollars I left a tip out of kindness after waiting on a order that was put in 3 hours prior to arriving I made it home and was very disappointed my order was super salted taste old like it was sitting up all day and was re warm up are something and didn't have any taste seasoning herbs butter garlic just straight salt I started to bring it back my husband threw hes away had a light headache probably High blood pressure my kids love Juicy seafood but after my last 2 orders they didnt even eat it just a waste but I decided to call first to get the items re made I was still willing to go all the way back however no answer the phone I have tried several times calling and still no response this is bad in my eye If I pay all my hardworking money I at least want to be satisfied with my food I hate to be the one to tell you but I will never be back I will try fiery crab ,king crab are just try and fix it myself. I did a online order and ordered brocoli to go with my seafood bag It was suppose to be a sauce by itself cause it was a different level. When I got home I realized it wasn't in the bag and they were not answering the phone when I called to tell them about it. I live out of town so I wasnt going back. So I called the next day. I asked the speak to the manager and the guy wanted to know why. He put the phone down like he was getting a Mgr and came back sounding confused, I guess trying to resolve the issue. I told him about the item being left out, he said they were out of it so they replaced it with potatoes. When I picked up my order no mention that. He then said they probably tried to call me and I said no they did not and no one mentioned it when I picked my order up and I did not have any extra potatoes. Then he says I didn't pay for it which is crazy. I told him I have the receipt. A lady then come to the phone as if she was going to help, and put the phone on hold as I was explaining to her. I called again it was "busy". So you know what that mean.
