Tried to order a pizza from an absolute unfriendly woman over the phone on 02/14/2024. What only is she not capable of being friendly over the phone, like saying goodbye, or have a nice day. No, she just slams the phone. Then I tried calling back because I wanted to change the time by 20 minutes for a pick up. Which was like not even a minute later. She refused to pick up the phone. Then I waited another five minutes I called again and there’s no hello or nothing. Just in the most unfriendly and annoying Voice:”can you hold?” Then she got back to me and I explained to her that I would have to be there 20 minutes earlier, which is still 45 minutes out from the second time I called. So she started yelling at me, saying that she can’t do that and that she can’t remember the orders because a few other people have made orders. Mind yourself, all I was trying to do is order one large pepperoni pizza, and this human does not have the brain capacity to remember pepperoni pizza to be ready in 45 minutes from now. Not only was she the most unfriendly person that I’ve talked to in customer service. She was rude and pretty much flat out told me that she is too dumb to take a order and switch it to 20 minutes earlier then, first anticipated in the phone call seven minutes before. I am absolutely flabbergasted and told her I’ll just order it somewhere else, and she was very happy with that and said fine and hung up the phone. I can only suggest you not to order anything there the way, she values her job will probably definitely reflect on the food. She’s probably annoyed that she can’t check out how many likes her breakfast bagel got on her stupid Instagram account. Which essentially is the root of all problems in society today. The attitude of this younger generation is making me sick. They think they’re just entitled and just worry about gender or other stupid problems, but can’t even do the simple pizza, bakery job or have the capacity to change the time on a one pepperoni pizza order....
Read moreExcellent service they take back everything I said 5 days ago which is why I had deleted my first review of Pizza Hut. But since then everything has changed and they have been a great service and helped me a lot. They fixed the problem I had and did not charge me delivery and they even cut my pizza, which I was very surprised because with my shoulder dislocation is very hard for me to use a knife or pizza cutter to cut my "a" pizza. The delivery guy was very nice and very apologetic a sympathetic. Which is very nice. So with the manager and the delivery guy and just Pizza Hut in general doing all this for me today I take back everything I said 5 days ago interview that I deleted about Pizza Hut. So Pizza Hut good work, and Pizza Hut workers thank you so much for understanding that was awesome you're awesome thank you Battleground Pizza Hut for helping me. Read moreDon't order from this pizza hut. We ordered delivery and they never brought it. We waited 45 minutes over delivery time until I called and the lady claimed they forgot. She said "so are you going to pick it up?" So I went in and she went to hand me our cold pizza. A younger man walked up who worked there and said "you want new fresh pizza right?" I said yes if that's OK. The girl said "she's fine with these ones." I walked out and the young man came running out after and handed me a $10 bill out of wallet and said he believes in good customer service and that was unacceptable.
I called a week later to get a refund from management and the man that answered said they'd send a refund. It's been 3 weeks. I called again. Still nothing. And he didn't even care about the incident. I will never go back here and we were...
