My grandson wanted a ‘quick’ bite before heading to an event that started at 6pm on a Wednesday night. We swung into to get him 2 cheesy roll ups. Drive thru had about 8 cars so decided to go inside seeing only 4 people waiting. I ordered at the kiosk - alongside another family of 4 right after me. To say the least when it was pushing 20 minutes myself and other accumulating customers were getting antsy and asked for our orders to be checked on. They told me mine wasn’t on the screen yet and it would be awhile more. Yet the family of 4 that ordered just after me was sitting then nearly done with their meal? We all watched as the 2 drive thru food preparers chatted and would stop what they were doing to laugh or finish their conversation. The other food line was moving but not much faster. Some of the door dashers waiting said they’d never pickup for orders here again. When it got to be 30 minutes later. We all were getting upset with the service and virtually no interaction with the Taco Bell employees. It was like we were invisible to them. We asked them if they could please focus on getting orders out instead of talking only to have one of them mumble ‘maybe you should come back and make your own damn food’. At that point we all again insisted they try to focus on getting us our orders. I’m not sure if the woman in this picture is a manager but she said NOTHING. Avoided eye contact and ignored the poor service. After over 40 minutes I finally walked out with 2 cheesy roll ups and some other items I didn’t even order. To say this crew is incompetent is an understatement. Rude and insulting is more like it. I too - as many other customers there stated - We won’t be back. And the young man in the photo should be taught that you never ever treat customers as he did with insults. And the management that night has no business running a franchise store or any job that relies on customers. I’m shocked and beyond insulted by every single employee in there. No one cared one...

It was strange service, very blunt and very exiling from one customer to the next. A customer service machine you will, but this was no machine - this was a drive thru.
When I received my food my mouth began water, and I slowly reached into the bag feeling my hot and ready thick, juicy burrito - with beef, cheese, cream, lettuce, and of course, love. I unwrapped my burrito expecting excellence, I took a final glance - it stared back - wanting me to consume it in ways unimaginable.
I took the first bite, maybe I had too high of expectations. My mouth flooded with cream, meat was being lodged deep in my throat, I felt the cheese smearing across my lips as lettuce was dripping from my face onto my chest. It was a mess, no napkins to clean up. I knew this must’ve been a change. I sensed it could’ve only been one thing. The termination of Leighton.
I was distraught, lost, and even confused. I asked myself “How could god punish one man like this?” I sat in the parking lot, cream still everywhere in my mouth, meat stuck in my throat, cheese all over my face and lettuce all over me. I sat in silence and self pity.
I continued to consumed this behemoth of a burrito, maybe burrito de grande if you so please to call it. Tears fall from my eyes, I wimp in silence as I finish it. For once in my life I felt like a true victim. It wasn’t getting molested at the age of 6, it wasn’t being forced to eat my vomit at 11, it was eating Taco Bell made without love. Please hire Leighton back - he truly blessed us...
Read moreThis is the first negative review I’ve ever left, because this location is run unbelievably bad. I live in the area and have been here multiple times. It’s rare that they get the order fully correct, but today I did not get even a single item that I ordered. I placed a mobile order and waited in the drive through line. As usual it’s at least a 30 minute wait to get through 8 cars. I got up to the speaker and waited 5 minutes before my “hello?”s finally caught somebodies attention. I told them my order name and verified everything looked right before pulling up to the window. They handed me my bag and I left. I checked the bag and not a single item I ordered was in it. I called and told them I received the wrong bag and that it was no big deal, I’m outside and they can just bring out the right bag. The guy told me that they couldn’t do that because my order wasn’t on their screen anymore. I work in a similar environment and I know you can check previous orders. At my restaurant, if this happens, we would quickly remake their food the way it was ordered and bring it out. So I asked the guy on the phone “So, am I not getting my order?” And he told me I should call asking for a refund. Icing on the cake? They didn’t even make the wrong order right. The receipt in the bag did not match the food we received. I’ll probably be back, but only if I’m...
