Speaking as a self employed business owner for almost 30 years, this morning for the first time I visited this store, wow...today I experienced some of the worst customer service (or lack of) I have ever experienced in my adult life! Out of the 3 employees working the counter (2 guys 1 girl) I had not one hello/greeting/smile from any of them, and to the older guy with gray hair like mine working the counter there, he had the personality of a flat tire on the side of the road...he made no eye contact with me at all! There’s a million dispensaries and we came here on recommendation of a tier one grower...and were sorely disappointed! We do not appreciate being treated like wallets with legs...we had questions about product as we had never purchased refill carts before and no one could take the time to engage or take interest in us as customers. We buy 4 carts a week and this store nor the one you are opening in orchards will ever see a dollar from me again. You have one chance to make a first impression and when I left your store I was so hot about how I’d been treated that we called when I got home and were told that one guy had a cold but it’s not really an excuse...Based on the other bad reviews this store has some serious customer service issues and they need an over haul!!

Dear Jacob, Your Statement, and I Quote, “Sorry you feel this way and in no way do we give or expect you to receive this level of customer service.” ....are you Serious?!...All the Dozens of Horrible Reviews you have the on here are, “All Spot On”! How Dare you Post a Statement that You, I, and most people that have been to your store, know is False!, to me and everyone else that looks at your Reviews!...Anyone with average intelligence can see right through you!....All you are doing here is, “Spin Control”...We All Know that! You guys have a “Whole Lot of Work” ahead of you...as I would do a 100 % Employee Turnover of that place! I was going to leave this alone, but you had to make an Incorrect Statement (see: “no way do we give or expect you to receive this level of customer service”)...That’s 180 Degrees Opposite of Your Customer...

They don’t push you to buy certain products and the recommendations I’ve gotten from at least three staff members have never steered me wrong. Let them know what you’re looking for, and trust that they will make sure you leave with something you want 👌 Also, to anyone concerned with pricing, cartridge returns, or the general quality of the product you’re buying, understand that it is in no way the budtenders fault, just like buying expired product from a store isn’t the cashiers fault. These people are paid to do what they do, they aren’t paid to know what you like, that’s your job to let them know, and it’s their job to help you find what you’re looking for. I’ve worked in this industry, I understand how frustrating cartridge returns are, and how upsetting it can be to leave with something that was harvested over a year ago. A bud tender can’t just open up every cartridge and make sure it works. They can’t open up jars to see how dry something is. If you leave with something you don’t end up liking, you don’t have to buy it again. Just like people do at any other place...
Read moreI went in looking for an e rig. Came out with a $100 lookah unicorn. It doesn't work, at all. They never told me there was a no return policy. I guess I just figured a little mom and pop shop would actually have some principles. I was wrong. When I went it to try and return it, they took it in the back and "tested" it. Then they said i put too much oil in it. So one of two things is happening here, they're either deliberately lying to their customers to offload gargabe product, or they hire anybody who applies regardless of their knowledge of the product they sell. And to top it off they shift the accountability to the Chinese manufacturer that they know damn well is impossible to get ahold of. "We can't do returns, it's against the law" is another lie, craft and the Herbery have a return policy for all of their faulty products. Stay the hell away from these con artists.
