Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Battle Ground

I have visited this store and every time there is someone not giving me the truth or correct info. One time I went in and wanted the bread n sauce combo. They tried to charge me almost 10 for one order of reg crazy bread n one sauce. I told them that was not correct price n she told me yes it was. I went online it it said a different price. Also when I went in another time it was also a different price not the 10 something. Then last Friday I tried to call an order in to be picked up n no one would answer it was about 830. I tried several times. No answer. So I just showed up n as I was almost to the door and them watching me walk up they locked n said they weee closed when they had over 15 min. I mentioned I tried to call several times. They said they were extremely busy. But they didn’t look busy. said I just wanted crazy bread n sauce n they said they had no food of any kind. I asked well do you have dough they said no. There was crazy bread in the warmer. They said it was over 4 hours old. My thought it was so busy but there was food going to Waist. Times have changed when I managed a lil Caesers we weren’t allowed to not answer the phones n we never ran out of food. If we didn’t have any ready we simply made more. Wife was out of town so it was a pizza, wings, and beer night for me and the boys (dogs). Since I was out running errands anyway, I placed an order on the LC app and waited for my notification that my pizza was ready. Order went smoothly. Notification came through so I swung in to pick up my pizza from the pizza portal pickup vending machine thingy. There were about 4 customers in the lobby when I walked in and I saw 3 employees. 2 employees looked up and looked right at me, but said nothing. The 3rd employee couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone. 2 of the waiting customers greeted me, but not a single word from an employee. Got my pizza and went home. Food was okay, typical Little Caesars (good enough to eat, but nothing to write home about). The customer service (or noticable lack thereof) to the point where your waiting customers are greeting your new arrivals, is a huge red flag and...

I placed a DoorDash order to burn up a $30 credit and the pizza was BURNT and not cut. I placed another order for 2 deep dishes and some crazy bread and neither of the pizzas were cut....? When I asked the short-haired associate restocking the soda about it, they looked at me and rolled their eyes. Another patron mentioned she didn't get Krazy sauce and a demand for a receipt was made and the sauce was FLUNG across the counter at her!!?!?!??

This person has TERRIBLE customer service and should be ASHAMED to work with the public in the manner that they have!

I'll drive to Salmon Creek or order from Domino's from here on out, I DON'T deserve to be mistreated and disrespected like this nor does...
