Subway — Restaurant in Battle Ground

Ordered online at 12:20, went to go pick it up I arrived about 12:30. Pick up time said it would be ready at 12:35. I waited until 12:45 to ask an employee for an ETA her name tag read “joe mama” she just looked at me and didn’t say a word. Then what I think maybe was a PIC came up and said “sorry it’s because they have a new person”, okay I understand. Well then another worker pops around the corner.. That’s when I begin thinking well that’s odd. So that means the PIC and another girl were behind the glass this whole time and not helping the “new worker”. Maybe that too explains why it’s taking so long, they left the new girl up from making sandwiches to fend for herself. We’ll wish the wait was the worst of it, the totally of 3 girls working both the girls that were behind that glass still didn’t help that “new girl” by the way the new girls name tag is the one that says “joe mama” doesn’t seem like a very new worker thing one would do. Anyway, 1 of those girls did end up helping bag the sandwiches total of 3 and 1 pizza. Once it came to the pizza the lady didn’t cut the flat bread and looked at me and said “idk what to do, do you want me to roll it up?” I said no, I’d like it served how you would serve a pizza idk how you do that I don’t work here… well she then grabs a cookie box and squeezes it into the box and it’s completely ruined. 01/06 8:30ish pm. The guy working this evening treated us like it was an inconvenience to have to do his job. seemed like he didn't want to be there, let alone have to make a sandwich. when we arrived he was leaning over the counter on his phone. While we were ordering he had a condescending tone of voice with every question he asked, and just overall lack of positive customer service. Honestly, if our food tasted good, i wouldn't even be writing this review.. but it was gross. The turkey on my sandwich, and the cheese on both of our sandwiches tasted like it had been left out/not properly refrigerated. The cheese had a very weird smushy texture, despite being toasted, and just an odd old milk-ish flavor, very unpleasant. i threw away 3/4 of my footlong sandwich. Not a good experience at all, definitely will not be returning to this location. I strongly suggest some more pleasant employees & more concern for the quality of food you're selling. i would not even feed...

Why can't every Subway taste the same?? Realized the gal forgot the cheese after I already started eating. I was so excited for the honey oat, it's been a long time since I've seen it in stores. It was way too chewy and crunchy - like a tough baguette. I know sauces are 3 passes but the mustard came out way too thick and then the mayo spurted on there so there was way too much mustard and less mayo. Gross. Got a smashed up tough little roll of a 6" sandwich. So disappointing for 9 bucks. I was starving so I ate it anyway, and too irritated to confront anyone. Training needs to take place. I worked at subway as a teen. It's not that hard.
