Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Battle Ground

I love Dutch Brothers and have been loyal to them since 2004 and have made sure that most of my residences have been near or at least in a city that has a Dutch Bros. from Eugene all the way up to Battle Ground. Their coffee is SO good, their energy drinks and teas are wonderful, their snacks are yummy and their kids items aree great.

The Battle Ground Dutch Bros. has all the yummy DB staples along with friendly staff and a fun atmosphere. I like the BG DB very much, but what goes up must come down. So here are my suggestions for improvements (my BG DB pet peeves): 1. Consistency. Some days the long line is reasonable and I can get through a 7 to 10 car line in about 15 minutes, but some days I don't get through a 5 car line for nearly 25 minutes. I am never sure what causes some back ups, and I am sure there can be some reasons for a delay here and there, but this seems to be a consistent problem. 2. The BG DB staff need to buck up and enforce the line order. It's no secret the BG DB parking lot/drive through situation is no good, but by now, way more than a year since it opened, everyone has figured out how the line works. And for those mean and disrespectful people who decide they are just going to cut in (and y'all know what I'm talking about) or an outta towner who doeesnt know accidently cuts, your BG DB employees need to educate those people and ask them to move to the back of the line. I have only ever seen 2 employees do this. The rest just stand there ands watch. On 3 occasions I have asked and employee to ask an offender to move and they say they will, and then they don't. Rude. 3. (And this is true for all DB locations) tell some of your employees to take it down a notch or SIX first thing in the morning! I am all for being nice, chit chatting a little...cool ♡ but greeting me with a huge smile and an overly peppy voice first thing in the morning is just plain annoying....save that for like 10 am and afternoons when the world is awake. My wife is forcing me to write this review. She is intensely looking over my shoulder, offering me a quick death if I say anything bad about Dutch Bros. I'm not sure how long I can hold out, especially in this bumper to bumper pile up of a drive-through. A Tesla just cut in front of us, Now my wife is convulsing uncontrollably, veins are beginning to pop out of her head, and I fear for the lives of the occupants of that Tesla. Luckily, the drive-through bouncer noticed the Teslas shady attempt to sneak in, yes! The occupants of that Tesla are now meeting the business end of the tablets the Dutch Bro mafia carries. Off to the back of the line with you! I can only compare the drivers' look to that of a small child after they dropped their ice cream cone on the ground. My wife's uncontrollable maniacal laughter caused by the despaired look on the Teslas drivers face has caught the attention of the drive-through bouncer! As they approach my window, my fear is causing me to nervously roll my window up and down uncontrollably. The drive-through bouncer and my wife are exchanging words in a language I have never heard before, like half caf, blended, two shots, stirred to the right 5 times 2 times to left, NO WHIP! I have the app! What does it all mean? As we approach what I can only hope to be the end of this traumatic experience, there is another Dutch mafia agent smiling hanging out of a window with the secret formula to cure my wife's super natural transformation. The taste test was so intense that you could have heard a fly fart. My wife smiled and nodded at the Dutch mafia agent, and they smiled back. My wife gave me the OK to drive away. All is well as we drive away me, still nervously rolling my window up and down. My wife chatting uncontrollably, obviously back to her normal loving self. As for me, I developed a new nervous twitch and window that won't stop rolling...
