Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Baxter

Subs are typically really good. My issue is when I order my subs, they're rarely cut all the way through...I would rather not have to finish cutting my own sub. Also, when opting for no red/green pepper strips on the #56, it seems someone assumes we don't want jalapeños, even though they're still selected on the ingredients. My recent visits have left me quite disappointed.

As a reply to the reply I was given, when ordering on the app and customizing ingredients, there are separate options for jalapeños and red/green pepper strips. We opted for no red/green peppers, but left the jalapeño option selected. If we did not want jalapeños, we would have removed them as well. I am not sure how we could have been more specific than...

Thanks dude. Your response just proves what customer service you offer. If you hate your job that much find a new one. There were two reviews because you were SO out of line we were shocked and we didn’t know we were each posting one.

Ordered through doordash 4/20/21. Order arrived without an entire sub. Called and the manager working at 11:30 that morning said I had to come get it. Then he said he made the sub (which yeah you might have but it didn’t make it in the bag) and then hung up on me. Never again will I give them my money. I live about 30 miles north of Brainerd and don't make it there often and with so many restaurants I hadn't had the chance to try Jersey Mike's yet. I was there the evening of October 30th and when I walked in Tammy was preparing an order for someone. It smelled so good I asked her what she was making. She told me it was the Buffalo Chicken. As I pondered the menu she informed me of the different best selling subs. I ultimately settled on the Buffalo Chicken and wow was it good!
