Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Baxter

We had our orders delivered to our companies location and mine was delivered incorrectly. I asked for BTO "bread taken out" and whom ever decided to change it to an unwich.... I was not satisfied. This is something that Jimmy Johns is known for. Scooping out bread... not replacing it with Lettuce, as not requested. Please instruct your teams as to how to do this. Ordered a Ceasar wrap at 8:45 pm for my husband's lunch the next day,we live 1 mile from jimmy johns,put in in the refrigerator, my husband took it for lunch in his cooler lunch box he went to eat it it was nasty smelled like dead fish and tasted bad,he thru it out the window I called mgnt at Jimmy John's there's nothing they can do.i have now had 2 bad experiences there now ,I expect better for such pricey subs.we won't go there again ,no wonder there parking lot is always dead.i will for sure...

I have been to several locations across Minnesota and have been very satisfied with all of them except for this location. This location uses about half the ingredients in my Unwich Sandwiches, incuding the lettuce. I will no longer use this location because of it.
