Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bay City

This is a fairly new location that I have visited several times now and have NEVER been able to get what I order. On this most recent visit half of the pop machine was out of order. Ice machine was out of order. So about four soda choices and no ice. There was no caramel apple empañada, which was highly advertised. Did not have the new toasted shells, also new and highly advertised.

I ordered from the kiosk, and ordered romaine lettuce on my nachos bell grande (with an upcharge), extra sour cream, and onions.

It came with iceberg lettuce.

So then I am told they are out of Romaine. And isn't iceberg okay? No. Why didn't you tell me when I paid you were out instead of making something I won't eat.

So they remade it...but without onions and extra sour cream, even though they had my receipt to remake my order from. So I had to ask, again, for the missing ingredients. By the time they finally got them for me, I was half done.

Every time I visit, they are "out of that" and it doesn't seem to matter what I order. Once I ordered a steak nachos that was advertised....they had no steak.

Someone needs to learn how to place a store order so supplies last until...

Never going there again after not only my wife and I's order being messed up, which has happened multiple times at this location to the point of being beyond ridiculous but also the person running the shift that day when we went there but went back to get the order fixed after them messing it up yet again and she was very snotty and actually cut me off when explaining what needed to be fixed with our order and full honesty here but I didn't realize how easy the doors opened and it had smacked against the window framing to the entry upon leaving and she came STORMING out and I did apologize for that with the door as I was pissed off with how snotty she was and it wasnt intentional and it wasn't just a little bit towards me and she proceeded to tell me not to come back or she'd call the 5-0 and I said go ahead because after your snotty attitude I didn't plan on coming back. That locations food and customer service & treatment and such is beyond horrible. My recommendation is dont ever go to...

Worse taco bell i been to, Employees are rude, will ignore you. Need to make an order but say you cant comprehend technology or your older folks and they will point you to a computer kiosk and tell you to it that way instead of actually taking your order face to face, this takes away the opprtunity to ask questions you may have about what your ordering or how you want it ordered. I get technology is the new standard but for older folks or people who just are not smart enough to opperate technology there should be at least one employee availiable to take orders in this case. Not everyone knows how to operate technology there are older folks and people who have disabilities that find certain things hard to comprehend. Would never reccomend this location, If you want real people go to the one on a wilder RD by the Bay City Mall.
