Do not order from this dominos. I always have a problem with this Domino's , I had an EXTREMELY disrespectful store manager. This store Should Be Closed And All Employees Should Be Fired None Of Them Looks Like They do Not Wanna Be There Or Be Employed By Domino’s , extremely disrespectful and I don't think someone like that belongs in customer service if they are going to act like that , They do not have good customer service , This will be my last time ordering from them , Delivery person was extremely rude , Their customer service is disappointing if not dishonorable ,I speak to the manager and she only apologizes but basically says "what you want me to do , are you want me fired my people for your complaint " , My last time ordering I had the same issue, this time I asked the driver to bring the food upstairs to my kids , in the beginning the driver acting as he don’t know how to dial my name on the intercom, I told him someone will come downstairs, then he decided to call me from the intercom and come upstairs, he gave a very bad attitude to my kids and asked them to add tips on the receipt , I didn’t add any tips because I already paid $5 delivery fees, then he get mad and be aggressive and start saying words in Arabic , i check that on my door camera , The manager is a terrible , You get on the phone with her and it's as if you’re talking to a wall , Doesn't take complains appropriately instead they choose to defend what you are complaining about, There is no hope that this place will get better , Domino’s Pizza is a reliable chain but this location is one of the worst , There is always something wrong with my order , I have repeatedly contacted Dominos corporate trying to see if there is a way to use the app and order from a different store , I would not eat food from this store even if they sent it to be inspected first , Truly I am amazed that this franchise has not been asked...
Read moreI had an EXTREMELY disrespectful employee talk to me on the phone and I called for 2 medium pies and I stopped speaking into the phone for about 2 seconds and this rude employee just hung up. unbelievable. When I call back, this woman says “are you going to order something or are you going to play games”?? That’s extremely disrespectful and I don’t think someone like that belongs in customer service if they are going to act like that. Automatically assuming that a customer, (which I was being polite at the start by the way) is playing games after trying to call back ONLY a second time after THEY hung up the phone on me is just simply stupid. I honestly hope that employee is FIRED soon because they do not have the attitude to be attending customers. It really ruins a pleasant dinner experience when you have such foul people like this woman attending customers and transferring their bitter energy onto others. It truly does. They do not have good customer service. They also stopped answering the first number i called so i tried a second number to call to try to give a small complaint and another guy answered but did absolutely nothing. Incompetent and useless. Read moreI ordered from this located sometime last year the food was terrible the delivery driver rude. Tonight I decided to try again. I order bbq wings and a medium pie with extra cheese. 15 minutes later I received plain wings and cold pizza a few of the pizza had NO cheese at all defiantly no extra cheese. I called to say I didn’t get bbq wings but plain. I only expected an apology. Instead the person who answered demanded I send him a picture of plains wings. Ok, why would I lie about this? Then he says well I’m going to cancel your order . How? I paid cash and I have the food. Finally I asked to speak to the person in charge. He refused. Unbelievable to me this was an easy fix. Replace this with what I actually ordered. He stops responding to me now I hear several people talking in a language I don’t understand. Why is this complicated? You all made a mistake just fix it. Eventually someon gets on the phone and says ok I’ll see you the bbq wings but give me the old wings back I told her fine but please don’t serve the old wings to anyone else. It’s now been two hours and they never showed up nevere called. $20 in the trash. The way the workers there responded and the way the food looked. I threw it in the garbage.
