Fresh Healthy Cafe — Restaurant in Beachwood

A friend of mine and I went here last weekend. While waiting for her name to be called, she sees a young man making a sandwich. Suddenly, the sandwich drops on the floor. With stunned eyes, we both see him and his female coworker laugh about the situation and proceed to pick it up, wrap it, and next thing you know, my friends name was called. She told him that she witnessed him drop that sandwich and asked if he wanted to eat it. The whole time, the worker has his pants hanging down (must be a prison thing), says "dude" about ten times throughout the conversation and accepts no responsibility for his actions. He gets his manager who is just as clueless as he is and he puts the worker on the register while the manager makes her a new sandwich. My friend asks for a refund but isn't given one. Moments later after we sit down, the manager has the audacity to come to our table and berate my friend saying "I didn't even get a chance to give you a refund" and smarts off to her. Absolutely unprofessional, unsatisfactory, and unsanitary conditions and people at this Fresh location. Completely pathetic an operation is allowed to...

Great food, I go to this place atleast once a week but poor customer service lately the a worker named Daniel every time I've went has been working . If your talking to him he is very rude , I walked up to see if my name was called the last 3x I've went and we make eye contact as if he wants me to know , that he hears me , the last time he made 3 other smoothie before I could get my already made smoothie , that set there the whole time . I've been coming there for years Customer service has never been excellent but bearable , but I will not be back not only has the service been bad , the smoothie when Daniel makes it is off , its to many smoothie places for that type...

There is nothing fresh or healthy about this and customer service stinks big time. Ordered the “ fresh” watermelon drink advertised left and and right and it should have fresh watermelon, kiwi juice, mango and raspberry sorbet etc. I watch the guy throw a couple of frozen cubes into water, mix it and hand it to me. When I complained and said I’d like something else the guy in the front acts as if he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. Then they throw raspberry and mango sorbet into what I already had instead of making a new one….. needles to say that it wasn’t good and had nothing to do with Watermelon. They won’t...
