My husband and I arrived at 6:30 and sat on the patio as we had our pups with us. The waitress greeted us and asked for our drink order. We both only drink water and asked for lots of lemons and limes, as the water has a sulfur taste and we need them to mask it. She brought us one wedge of lemon each. We ordered French Onion soup for appetizers and she asked for our entree order. My Hubby and I like to order different dishes at new restaurants so we can taste new things. When I asked him what he planned to order, the waitress snapped "I will put your appetizers order in and come back. I have four other tables!" She returned about 20 minutes later to let us know our soup would be out and took our entree order. She brought our soup shortly thereafter, and after we finished it, my husband and I discussed everything that had occurred and determined we would get our dinner to go. My husband found our waitress and informed her to box our food. She brought our Bill out promptly (imagine that) and after paying cash, she brought out our food. Keep in mind, all week we had been leaving 25% or better tips. On a $40 bill, we left $2 this time. When we got our food, it was obvious it had been overturned. The food was completely disheveled. Due to her incredible rudeness, I would love to give this restaurant a 1. However, despite her best efforts, the food tasted AMAZING! I ordered the Crab Cakes and my Husband had the Smoked Barbecue Chicken. The food was excellently seasoned, perfectly cooked and delicious! I saw several other reviews of rude hostess and waitress and can't help but wonder if it is the same person. Is she a mistress? Buy her out! Is she part owner? Tell her she sucks and needs to avoid the front of the house! If neither of these are the case, give her the boot! There are two many decent people needing employment. We will...

Queen Anne’s Revenge was awesome hosting our large party event last weekend. Chef Mike and the other staff members Jan and another kind professional server helped make our wedding reception dinner so special.

The location is incredible on the waterfront boardwalk marina. The food all tasted delicious, we did a buffet style with an assortment of options, such as the mini Reuben sandwiches, fish and shrimp tacos, crab dip, pizzas, and a fresh cucumber salad. Our wedding dessert was a tart & sweet keylime crème brûlée chef Mike’s wife prepared! The team also set up & coordinated a champagne toast which was quite fun. Our private space was perfect because it was somewhat open to the rest of the restaurant, but felt sectioned off enough to where we had our privacy. There are large windows so we could enjoy the view while remaining cooler in the air-conditioned space. We even were able to take professional photos outside of the restaurant on the boardwalk. I enjoyed how the tables were set up to be easily moved around, but also encouraged our family and friends to get up, mix and mingle with everybody. It seemed very communal which was our goal.

The value of everything, tastiness, & the pricing seemed very fair and the room rental was comparable to nearby locations. We are very happy with the service, attentiveness, and friendliness we experienced for our wedding dinner. I will absolutely be back visiting on my own time when I’m back in Beaufort, North Carolina. Thank you again for all of the work and...

Queen Anne's Revenge - should be called Bland Anne's Cardboard Dinner.

Great scenery, great selection of beers, Bland food and bad service. We ordered the grilled chicken and the catch of the day, which was Mahi Mahi. Bland is how I would describe it.

$15 for two small pieces of frozen chicken breasts and $15 for mahi mahi. Our waitress disappears for almost the entire dinner, we have long since finished our drinks and are about half way through eating our dinner before she returns to ask how our meals are. I tell her that the food is bad and she replies with a huge smile on her face, "well you should have ordered the blackened chicken and mahi mahi." Really?? So in order to get food that has any flavor we have to order it burnt? She doesnt offer to get us anything else, nor does she offer to get a manager.

Now when I say this food is bland, its not that it lacks salt, it lacks ANY flavor. I dont use nor do I cook with salt. So I was not expecting a salty dinner, but one that has some taste, use some spices, sauce, something.

Also the portions were small, the side dishes of dry yellow rice and over cooked zucchini was also bad.

I dont say this often, but my dinner, my experience, was ruined. I will not...

Just a short walk from the Maritime museum with relatively easy seating available when we went to the queens Anne's Revenge restaurant. Oh there are plenty of options located near the museum and we are glad we came here. With small kids wanting pizza , our server put the order in early so the small hungry ones were starting their meal quickly. We also had the shrimp Mac and cheese and the ahi tuna seared salad. Unfortunately they were out of their crab dip as we wanted to compare with the dip we tried previously...oh well 🤷. Our server even gave me a to-go iced tea and box for the left over pizza ( which was eaten later in the day- still yummy as per my foodie grandsons). Yummy and not terribly pricey.

Stopped in for dinner during a quick weekend getaway. We were a little late so it was getting closer to closing time but the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They gave us a table with a gorgeous dockside view, allowing us to watch the beautiful sunset fade into evening. The prices are reasonable and dinner was delicious. I ordered a blackened ahi salad with ginger dressing and it was SO good. Everything came out as ordered, in a short amount of time. Our server was friendly and attentive, and there was even some live music that we enjoyed post-dinner. Overall, a very nice experience that was the perfect way to kick off our weekend getaway.

Had lunch here ON TUESDAY! Not a big deal until you realize that barely any other restaurant on the waterfront is open on Tuesdays - so that's a big plus. The outside dining on the covered porch includes a nice breeze off of the water and a beautiful view. Our server, Danielle, was so sweet and gave us some awesome recommendations! I had the crabcake sandwich and My hubby had the Southwest Wrap. Danielle recommended that he substitute his chicken for shrimp, and HE LOVED IT! Our one-year-old son chowed down on some Gouda Mac & Cheese with no complaints! Thanks, Danielle, for the awesome service! We will be back!
