Ribeyes Steakhouse Beaufort — Restaurant in Beaufort

I have eaten at Ribeys twice in the last 21 days, the wait was over an hour and the order was not right, this time we came in , were seated and the waitress came right over, we placed our order and went and got our salads, a table of 7 came in and were seated, whole we were eating our salads she took their order and brought their drinks, we finished our salads , she finally brought our drinks 20 minutes later, then she brought the table of 7 their food, and ask us if we would like refills, we said where is our food , we were here before that table, she said your order has been put on the grill, she brought more drinks which was all wrong, she said she had put the order in but they were short staffed and had a table of 8 in the back, I said I am sorry but the table of 7 came in way after us and was served before us, it took 1 hour and 7 minutes to get our food, which once again was wrong, i ordered a well done steak and sweet potato, i got a raw steak and a baked potato, then the waitress said do you want me to have them cook it some more , i said not take it back and take it off my bill, when i went to pay , i always put no tip on my card and give the waitress cash, the girl at the stand said , the audacity of some people, not giving a tip. well to start with I was going to tip her , but thanks to your comment, I did not, then when we were making a comment to the other waitress ,a lady started in on us , and the cook came and stood behind the 3 women and shooed us out. great customer service. I have never had such terrible food. My mother and I ordered chicken Salad sandwiches for lunch. with seamed broccoli. What came out looked like something from my school lunch! it was a barely 5 pieces of broccoli, The sandwich was toasted. Correction, It was toast!!. They put butter on it and made toast and gave it to us with paste of chicken. what really got to me was how over priced the whole meal was. the drinks alone where almost 3 dollars each! we got unsweetened sweet tea! costing 5 cents to make ?? I was so upset from the service. $24 for basically a Hot lunch from elementary school that cost 2.50. This place is black listed to me. Its sad to say that you would be better off going to a fast food place. I have had restaurant food in NYC and gas station food that was just as good. I'm not picky but this was just insulting food. Save your money and go to any where else...

Reposting, as it appears my last review was taken down? We came after the pirate festival. Place had tons of people walking around, but only 3 seated inside, should've been my first tip off. Salad bar was nice, but it better be for the price they charge you for it! Both ribeye steaks were asked for medium, but served well done. Flavorless, mushy, fat mess that I'm not sure had much protein in it at all. Both steaks ordered the same size, but hers was easily twice the size of mine. Drinks very watered down, but super polite servers, not sure why there were 3 or 4 waitresses in there for a dead dinner on a Saturday afternoon. I wanted to come in here for years, but never wanted to come in with the kids due to the ridiculous pricing. This is a dive restaurant at best, that thinks it's Ruth Chris, but with the cook of an Outback. Will...
