I'm not sure what changed, but the quality of food AND service has drastically declined lately. This Chick-Fil-a used to be great, and was quick even with long lines. Lately it has been so slow, even with less than long lines. Also I have had items missing on more than one occasion, and it is a pain to call and get a human to talk to when that happens. Even then, they make it very difficult to make it right. I just waited for 11 minutes for a sandwich and a cookie. The cookie was hard/over baked, and the sandwich was rubbery. I keep going back thinking it was a fluke, but I think this was my last attempt. Too bad. It used to be a gem.
Update: Tried again. Bad choice. Put in a mobile order for drive through pickup for breakfast. Waited 10 minutes even though there were only 2 cars in front of me and my order was already in. Got to the window and somehow my order still wasn't ready so they asked me to pull up into spot 1, said it would be 2 minutes. After 3 minutes I got a notification that my order was ready. Waited another 8 minutes before someone came out with it! So over 20 minutes for a few breakfast sandwiches and coffees. I told the person about my experience and that I was very unhappy, and she seemed not to care. Fortunately the coffee was cold, because one of the lids weren't on tight, and although it was in a drink carrier, it spilled all over me when I pulled out of the parking lot. The entire cup. I am very disappointed in how much this Chick Fil A has gone downhill in...
Read moreWhat has happened to this location? The last three times I have been at this location in 2 weeks my order is messed up. Granola missing even though I asked for granola when I ordered and when I was at pick up window I asked them to make sure there was granola for the yogurt. The second visit the salad dressing and dried tomato crumbles were missing on Cobb Salad and there wasn't a fork to eat the salad. Third visit today, I ordered Cobb salad without corn or egg. They just gave me lettuce and chicken for the Cobb salad. It had no cheese, no tomatoes, no dried tomato crumbles, no fork again. The 4 yogurts were in one bag, two were stacked on top of each other and the other two were turned on their sides because they didn't want to use a second bag. I immediately pulled them out so they wouldn't leak. Last time the soup leaked everywhere because the co ntainers aren't meant to be placed on their side. Something has definitely changed in the last month. It might be because my orders have been larger than before. Lately I order several soups, several yogurts, a drink and Cobb salad. I know silverware might not seem like a big deal but realize many times people aren't going home right away. On big orders I am ordering several meals and not everyone carries silverware in ther purse. Often I park down the street from a patients home for 5 minutes to eat my food. I am not going to ask my patient for silverware. I've thrown away food because I didn't have...
Read moreI recently dined at Chick-Fil-A in Beavercreek, Ohio, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Despite having high expectations based on the chain's reputation, my visit did not meet my expectations.
First, the service was slow and inefficient. The lines were long, and the wait times were much longer than expected, resulting in a delay in receiving my order. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, which led to a frustrating experience.
Second, the food quality was below par. The chicken sandwich I ordered was overcooked and lacked the usual juicy and tender texture that I have come to expect from Chick-Fil-A. The flavors were not as well-balanced as I had hoped, and the overall taste was underwhelming.
Lastly, the cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. The dining area and restrooms were not well-maintained, with dirty tables and floors, which detracted from the overall dining experience.
As a frequent customer of Chick-Fil-A in other locations, I was disappointed with the quality of food and service at the Beavercreek, Ohio location. I hope that the necessary improvements will be made to ensure a better dining experience for future customers.
Overall, my visit to Chick-Fil-A in Beavercreek, Ohio was disappointing, and I was not satisfied with the food quality, service, and cleanliness of the restaurant...
