BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse — Restaurant in Beavercreek

DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION AND AVOID THE SERVER NAMED LISH . So I took my mom here yesterday because I love their food. my mom is a vegetarian & they have some vegetarian options. we were sat next to a large Party & at first I thought to ask to move but decided not to mention it. our server was somewhat friendly but w seemed to be rushing us . it took her forever to come back to take our order as well. I tried to order the calamari (there was a big picture on the featured menu) but was told they where out of calamari. after what seemed like 10 -15 mins we finally placed our order. our food took forever to come out ...our server never came to check on us . a different server brought out our salad. I flagged down a different server to get a few more items our original server never brought out. our food was then brought out by yet another server (by now the party had left) my mom got a regular burger in which she could not eat & my chicken sandwich was dry & tasteless. it took another 10 mins to get sauce for my sandwich & get my mothers food reordered to a veggie patty. we waited for another 15-20 mins for her food to be done. I was waiting for the server to come back &check on is which she never did to let her know I didn't like my food & was going to order something else but we waited so long I lost my appetite. she finally delivered my moms right burger & walked away before we could speak with her. she had another server drop off our checks and we waited so long for her to come back to pay we walked to the host stand to seek a manager a manager never certified out we paid thru a different server. in all it was a horrible experience. terrible service from lish (or whatever her name was) terrible food and I will definitely not be back to this location.my mom said she would never eat there again. hopefully this location gets it together. I will be making sure I already the word don't eat in bjs beaver creek & avid the server named lish. good luck trying to...

Tonight was our first time trying BJ's and we were not impressed at all. Earlier in the week I reserved a table for a party of 4 for 4:30 pm assuming that gave us plenty of time to get to our destination at 6pm (that was 2 minutes away from BJ's) we checked in with the hostess about 4:20, she said they had to clean off a table and would seat us right after that. We weren't seated until 4:55 pm. We then got to the table and it took our server 10 minutes or so to come and take drink and appetizer orders. Our appetizers came out before we even got our drinks, we got them about 5 minutes into our appetizers. I then ordered garlic parmesan boneless chicken wings. The boneless wings were terrible, they weren't crunchy and tasted like something you would buy out of the freezer section at the grocery store, the chicken wasn't tossed in the sauce, the sauce came in a side cup for dipping like a ranch would, so that was very disappointing in itself. My husband ordered some of the tacos that he says were not that good and way over priced for the quality. The service was so slow, the server just didn't seem as if she was in hurry to accommodate any service in a speedy manner, at one point I heard the table beside me ask her for a refill and she told them "yea but its gonna be awhile" seeing how slow service appeared to be we asked for our checks as soon as our entrees were brought to the table, she brought the checks and we immediately left our card on the table for her to take while we were eating but that never happened. We were done eating and sat for another 5-8 minutes after finishing and I finally had to grab the manager to come cash us out. Me, my wife went there to eat multiple times. I’m not impressed with the food. I like the atmosphere, but I do not like the food The food is very generic I feel like if you have a favorite food you want please go eat that food somewhere else if it’s pizza, chicken wings, or steak these people do not know how to make food they suck at it I ordered a deep dish pizza and it was so bad so pathetic. It looks good on top. Lots of toppings, but it feels like they was pre-cooked preheated in a dough tastes like it was made separate from the pizza When the pizza come out the dough and the toppings was cold I ask for extra cheese I did not receive none The cheese itself look like it was sprinkle cheese that you’d buy from Walmart I would be embarrassed if I was this place I will say I looked around at how many suckers was eaten this food I’ve had steak from them that was tough as can be. I’ve had burgers that sucked. But the pizza was the last straw I told my wife we should just go there and get appetizers and hang out for the vibe This place should not be allowed to sell food Because there’s too many could food trucks and other businesses that serve real food and real cost that actually taste good very disappointed I write their food if possible as a zero Also, there was no sauce on the pizza along with no cheese let alone extra cheese, but the waiter informed me there was plenty of cheese on it the white stuff you see that looks like sprinkle cheese that was the cheese They get a five for toppings But for cheese and sauce, and the pizza actually be warm with the dough they get a zero

I did come home later and actually put extra cheese on the pizza now it looks like a piece of pizza
