Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Beavercreek

So, haven't ordered from Jet's in a couple of years, but I remembered really liking them. Ended up very disappointed. The "garlic" crust had no flavor. I assume they just... forgot? The extra cheese requested (and paid for) was also missing. In fact the entire pizza was kind of bland, and it was wayyyyy too thick for "hand tossed" pizza dough. It reminded me all the way around of Dominos--and not the newer improved Dominos--the OLD Dominos. The wings were flabby and rubbery and just unpleasant and not at all crispy . But, there was plenty of sauce--in the container, it was too think to coat the chicken so it just fell off. All in all, a very disappointing...

Pizza is absolutely delicious however as a representative just called me over 45 minutes after I placed my order to tell me that they wouldn't be able to actually deliver the pizza because they are that under staffed waiting until the pizza should have been delivered to actually let me know that they wouldn't be able to is completely unprofessional. And so hey this is just pizza as they appear on there call her ID instead of actually identifying themselves as the pizza parlor that I ordered from, I'm really offended that the dude was just like so you can come pick it up. And a full week to get a refund is ridiculous. Best pizza in town but I will no longer be...

We ordered for the first time here on June 24th for my husband’s birthday. Overall the pizza was pretty good. Our only complaint really was the lack of pizza sauce. We couldn’t taste it nor see but a tiny bit on our large Detroit style pizza. Originally I was going to give them a 4 star rating, however, after messaging the company about our experience(wanted to let them know about our lack of sauce in case they’re also doing this to other customers) and not getting any sort of response back, I dropped the rating down to 3 stars. Not sure if we will be back considering the price of the pizza and what we received. Also, not to mention the poor...
