First and Only place that I've been to that would not honor t the the free little john sub that came from T-Mobile Tuesday app. They acknowledged it but wouldn't honor it because there website wasn't sending them thru.website said oops something went wrong, try. Again later. Other restaurants that had problems with the website not working still have always honored the coupons when you show it to them when you show it to them on your phone but this place would not do that pretty messed up you drive all the way out there cuz there isn't one close and they they went on it for anybody probably and then they turned around and charged my credit card for ordering a sandwich that I didn't get, didn't even know about it till today the 21st so when they charge my card on the 18th and they won't refund my money said they'll credit me it's a sandwich I said yeah the sandwich I paid for at least you can do is give me an extra one you think they would have give me two full size sandwiches just add a common courtesy but nope he did finally say he can give me extra Little John I guess they can't afford a big John home when they screw up on multiple issues.. great customer service... Not!! I definitely won't recommend anyone to go there matter of fact I would discourage it. To say I am going to go get the sandwich since they took it out of my off my card damn sure not going to give it...

I got home and it was missing turkey and bacon so I called and asked them to remake my sub which I was then greeted with an attitude from the MANAGER.
He told me “I made the sandwich I know what the I put on it” which I replied the sandwich was missing the meat. He said come up and I’ll remake it I guess in a really rude tone.
So I grabbed the sandwich and brought it up to be remade. I walk in and he walks up to me and says “you the dude that called in?” I said yes sir and he ripped the sandwich out of my hands and threw it in the trash and angrily made my food. Once it was remade he yelled “club lulu remake” and slapped it on the counter all the way at the end of the store instead of handing me the sandwich and apologizing for the inconvenience.
I told him he needs to work on his customer service skills and admit that he made a mistake, everyone does like this not the end of the world. I said you being the manager is crazy and you said that I was crazy and kept babbling under his breath. This guy needs removed from his position ASAP.
I am a district manager for a technology repair company and if ANY of my store managers treated a customer the way I was just treated id fire them so fast their head would spin.

Read moreProbably one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any Jimmy John's. When I entered the restaurant, all the workers were sitting around on their phones, which didn't bother me. What did bother me was the vibe I got from the workers, indicating that I was getting on their nerves just by coming into the restaurant.
I began to order my sandwich, but before I could even list the ingredients I wanted, one of the workers had already started putting the sandwich together. They seemed to get an attitude when I started listing what items I wanted on the sub, after they made the sandwich in haste.
I understand that it's 'freaky fast,' but if you don't even know what I want on my sandwich or what size I want it, how can you even begin to make the order? To top it all off, a worker there seemed to be belittling some of the female staff members, which was really awkward to witness.
