I would like to give 4 1/2 stars but that's not an option and opting to give just 4 stars would not be fair. We visited this branch on 5/5/23 which was a Friday at around 6pm. My party consisted of two adults (well age wise) and three children ages 12,10 and 7. Although hopefully my 12 year old daughter doesn't find out I limped her in under the "children" category, if so I'm sure there will be a rebellious tattoo in her future. I digress. We did not have to wait very long at all, less than 5 minutes, which was great considering the place was relatively busy. We had a small wait for our initial drink order but it was nothing uncomfortable or frustrating. I can not remember the waitress's name and I apologize for that but she was nice and attentive. The reasoning for wanting to deduct a half of a star is due to her overuse of greetings like "baby, dear, darling" etc. I suppose that's because l'm just not particularly fond of people doing that. Also, since we had five people in our party it gets almost comical to hear it repeated so frequently. Honestly the food was delicious and arrived in quite a timely manner. I would recommend the chicken wrap or the wings. As a side their fries were rather crisp and I could have just ate those as a meal, which my youngest son did. Price wise I'd say it's about average and after tip our bill was approximately $86. Which I felt as though was reasonable. Our order contained; boneless wings, chicken wrap, fries, some tater tot thing (which was yummy) a beer and a few pops. All of which were spot on. The cleanliness of the restaurant was what you would expect and I had no concerns. The only other gripe I have is with the hostess, although it is a rather small complaint. I could not hear something she said, because I'm old as hell, and I asked her to repeat herself by saying "sorry, what was that". When she responded she appeared to have a semi disgruntled look on her face, or a look of annoyance. Although reading an appearance is subject and she was rather young so there's no real fault there. I went for lunch and it was ok. The food was decent enough and even close to being hot. The atmosphere was fine, I guess. Super crowded shortly after opening and the person in charge of music for the day must have thought we all love country. We all most assuredly do not. Fortunately, the people noise mostly drowned it out. Now we come to service. I’d been sitting there 10 minutes and was about to leave when a server popped up behind me and scared me half to death. That would have been ok, I guess, but then I found out her annoying habit. First, let me say that I am over 60 and HATE that people think because my hair is graying they can call me honey or sweetheart. Not everyone thinks it’s cute or endearing. BUT. This woman (who somehow reminded me of Natasha Lyonne in “Poker Face” but not in a good way) called me “baby” 104 times. ONE person is allowed to call me that and it ain’t her. That was beyond off putting for me. I heard it do it to others, so it’s just her thing. She disappeared for long stretches of time and she wasn’t even the one bringing food and drinks out, so I don’t know what’s up with that. She was an average server, but don’t freaking call me “baby”.

A carload of us decided to order takeout last week I called from my friend's phone who was driving. The girl who took our order was having a very difficult time taking our order for some reason.She told us our total and we questioned why it was so much. Turns out she gave us double what we wanted and said sarcastically "well that's what your ordered" and put us on hold without telling us and never came back. All of in the car said we had ordered correctly and it was the person on the phone that was wrong.Anyway we tried to call back and they picked up the phone and hung up. We called from another phone, someone else answered, and we told her the situation.She apparently knew all about it and would not answer any of our questions and was very short and abrupt. We were all so disappointed in the lack of great service we are used to so we cancelled the order. It's okay that the first person made an error, but how she handled it afterwards was not acceptable. Four people are now questioning whether we should bother ordering again from this location. Hopefully they'll get some people in this position who believe in delivering good customer service like the servers provide in the restaurant. I must say the food is always amazing so I hope they get this...
