The chicken thigh was so tender and delicious from the 24 hour brine and the buttermilk breading was so crispy and awesome. The zucchini pickles were so tangy and the house fried pickled onions were perfectly crispy and zingy. Together with fresh tomatoes and iceberg shredduce between a nicely toasted brioche bun with delicious house spicy mayo.
