ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE - AVOID THIS PLACE!

EXTREMLY RUDE AND STINGY TO NOT EVEN GIVE AN EXTRA PLATE OR FORK FOR A 2 PERSON ENTRÉE!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience. The service was appalling, and the management's stinginess and rudeness were completely unacceptable. I ordered a $40 entrée meant for sharing between two people, and I was shocked when the staff refused to provide an extra plate, fork, or napkin for us. When I asked for an extra plate, the employee told me that they don't give out plates and that I should just eat from the same plate as my friend. I even offered to pay for the extra plate, but they still refused. This is absolutely mind-boggling, especially for a seafood boil place where extra plates and napkins should be a given.

The dialogue with the staff member quickly turned sour. I had to explain that I wanted separate plates for hygienic reasons, as my friend was not feeling well, and their response was completely insensitive, essentially saying it was my problem and not theirs. To make matters worse, I am now afraid they might have tampered with my food after they didn’t like that I didn’t add tip when I paid.

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. Their unwillingness to accommodate a simple request and their rudeness over not receiving a tip for practically no service is absolutely unacceptable. There are plenty of other seafood boil places that will treat you with...

Food was super tasty, portion was a bit small for the price, but I know seafood is expensive. I'd give it 5 stars if I wasn't considering the service.... I've never met someone so disinterested in taking my order. The open sign was off, so I didn't think they were open because he was cleaning. Some lady, who wasn't involved with the cart, said she had seen someone recently order. When I asked him what came with the cluster he vaugely gestured towards all the photos at the front of the cart. He seemed like he just wanted to leave, and honestly it doesn't make me feel welcome to come back. Disappointing since the other kracked crab in Portland had good service and food, I was so excited for this one to open.

Wow! Pleasantly impressed by how delicious this food is. Seafood boils are easy to mess up. This did not disappoint whatsoever! The price is unbeatable for the quality of food and the portion too! We got 2 snow-crab clusters with shrimp and lobster tail. We tried the Parmesan ranch flavor and it was fire, it did not taste overly greasy! The quality of the seafood was so amazing, perfectly cooked flavorful shellfish! Definitely returning soon!
