I had placed a mobile order of an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken expresso with salted caramel cold foam along with another drink. I had my co worker pick up the order because I was working and couldnāt go. When he arrived at the job, I realized my coffee was made incorrectly. I called the store to let them know. I explained I couldnāt go back right away to fix it because I was working. Which is why I had told my coworker to pick up the order in the first place. The lady who answered was extremely rude, gave me attitude right away. Told me I had to go back right away otherwise they wouldnāt be able to fix it. Didnāt offer me a gift card, like they used to when Iāve had issues at this location. To be honest I didnāt even want a gift card, I wanted my coffee done correctly and that was it. Since I couldnāt go back to get it fixed right away she said not to drink it. So Iām supposed to wait till Iām on my break, to go to the store and get the cold foam I had ordered? This is ridiculous, Iāve been going to this location for years. But with this customer service, I will for sure not go back. Yes it got fixed, I had to send my coworker back, past his break to get it fixed. He even said the lady proceeded to give him attitude. Like if I didnāt pay for my coffee. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn Thursday, June 27, 2024, I decided to grab coffee before going home. Not knowing the area, I hurried to the nearest Starbucks, which was on Cedar Hills in Beaverton, OR. Granted, I got to Starbucks at 8:25 pm when they were closing at 8:30 pm. I completely get it. I ended up going to the window 1st incorrectly, but thought I'd ask quickly if they would serve me since it was late. I could see two workers standing inside doing nothing. I tooted my horn three times to try & get their attention, only to be ignored. I quickly drove around the building to the speaker and put in my order. As I came to the window to pick up the order. I see a female look over & give me a dirty look. The male there came over & gave me my drink. I started to thank him for waiting for me & give him a tip, only to have him quickly give me the drink & SLAM the window closed. Now, do you think Im going to tap on the window & give them a tip?? Again, I know it was close to closing time. But has anyone heard of still greeting a customer with a smile and thanking them for stopping?? When I worked, I did. When I asked why it didn't have vanilla foam I was rudely told "that's not what you ordered" actually it was and instead of being concerned that I was paying for something I didn't order I was just rudely asked how did I want to pay. I had a gift card on my phone and gave it to her to scan and after trying 2x simply she said it's not working and I've never scanned one of these before. Guess what, not my problem. I've never had a problem before at any other location. I owed 5 cents after she finally figured out how to scan my code. I gave her a 5.00 bill and she clearly didn't have change so I just told her to give me the 4.00. I'd had enough at this point. I thew the coffee in the trash because it wasn't what I wanted and for some reason the ice was half melted when it was handed to me. I also waited way too long for only 1 car in front of me who only ordered 1 iced drink. I only stopped at that location because it was convenient with a drive thru and I had a gift card.
