Came on the 1st day of their opening Saturday 2/05/23! There was a long line before they even opened, especially for the first 100 orders. They are most famous for their black sugar boba drink with the tiger stripes effect when you shake it.
Since we've already had that signature drink while in Asia, we took this opportunity to try their other drinks. We wanted to focus on the tea aspect and got the #T2 golden oolong tea only drink and #T5 black tea latte drink with boba. Their signature boba arrived warm and soft which is so welcoming after freezing in line. We enjoyed both our tea drinks 😊
They have hot drinks now available for the matcha and oolong tea but not for any of the black sugar or cheese mouse drinks. Read the post it notes carefully when you put in your order on the kiosk as there are limited customizations for each drink and can't be adjusted afterwards if you change your mind. The other available customizations are ice level (no ice, less ice) and sweetness (no sugar 0%, 50%, or 100%).
Dine-in available with limited seating. Their Black sugar popcorn is yummy too if they have it in stock.

Read moreI’ve been to this location a few times and normally there’s no long line but going here when there is a special collaboration is another story. I stood in line for hours but I chose to do that. The drinks are good and the sweetness and ice level can be adjusted. Also you have the option of choosing a lactose-free milk. I like the black sugar boba + pearl + tiger jelly milk with cream mousse. Despite the long line and amount of people, I commend the staff who was working being friendly and patient.
9/7/23 I stopped by here today to get the black sugar boba with jelly not expecting that they re-stocked on the Hello Kitty cup holders and they still had the cups. I was happy that I was able to get the pink bow cup holder. As usual I love their drinks and the option to adjust the sweetness level. I like it too that I’m able to choose a lactose-free milk. There was no line when I came in and the staff who was there was helpful...
Read moreThe first time I tried Tiger Sugar, it was in San Jose, and it was so good, and I got hooked on it. I was so happy when they opened one in Oregon, so I drove 45 mins to try it, but I was very disappointed because it was not what I expected. Of course, we ordered #1. The taste was very plain; I barely could taste the milk, and brown sugar flavor. It is almost like milk powder diluted with a lot of water. When I first drank Tiger Sugar in San Jose, the milk and brown sugar flavor were strong and blended well together. And they used regular milk, not powder milk. It made such a perfect drink. That I would never forget the flavor of it. There were a lot of boba milk tea places around Portland, and Beaverton area that are way way way better than Tiger Sugar with better taste, price, and drink...
