Zen Teriyaki — Restaurant in Beaverton

Absolutely terrible first time experience. Wanted to try a new teriyaki place, so I decided to phone in an order for my lunch, after waiting a little bit before clocking out to go pick my lunch up shortly after arriving im told my order isn't finished which is no biggie I don't mind waiting, I don't mind waiting 5 or 10 minutes considering I called my order in. I went to ask for a refund cause I had almost ran out of time to just get back and clock in let alone enjoy my meal. The cashier rushed the food off the grill while the cook was still finishing the food, and proceeded to tell me I couldn't get my money back due to the food being finished. Once I get my money back for the meal I was forced to pay for. I will never be coming back to this...

I have tried so many teriyaki places since moving to the Beaverton area. I can wholeheartedly say that this is by far and away my favorite teriyaki spot. The service is always quick and being able to order ahead makes Zen Teriyaki one of my goto places to eat. Their teriyaki sauce is smooth and sweet with just the right bite of teriyaki flavor, and their salad dressing is perfectly proportioned to be sweet and flavourful to complement the teriyaki.

ZEN Teriyaki, It was my first time hearing about this facility. I got today's special pork katsu ( Price: $12.99). Service was great and the Meal was delicious. I like how they add salad to every dish. I got mine to go and when I got home It was still nice and warm. The serving sizes there are great.
