Attended the Adult Education Class last night and let me tell you, Matt and Eric give a world class experience at Whiskey Crusaders. The Whiskey Crusaders Whiskey Castle is a phenomenal place to learn and experience fine spirits from around the world. I personally did a whiskey/bourbon tasting class with Matt and Eric. Not only were the spirits great but they make you feel like family and not only did I walk away with a great experience but I felt like I made great friends as well. I got to visit the Whiskey Crusaders Castle for the first time the other day and I can truly say I've never seen anything like it (in a good way!)

Matt has collected an incredible assortment of whiskey expressions and organized them nearly into categories.

I consider myself pretty deep into the whiskey world but there were hundreds (!!) of bottles I had never even heard of, let alone lasted.

And Matt is clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to working through the collection and the stories behind each bottle.
