Taco Bell / Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Bedford

It may have just been the day, but just about everything went wrong on my visit today. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme combo, swapping the regular crunchy taco for a taco supreme. I ordered on the kiosk, and of course, I chose "no receipt". First mistake. I waited 15min for my order, including my drink cup. Apparently drive-through gets priority and without a receipt, there is nothing to prove you ordered, so you just have to wait for it to pop up on their screen. When I did get my cup, there was no ice in the ice maker. Fine, I didn't want much anyway. Then after finishing my crunchwrap, the crunchy taco was just a regular, not a supreme. No use complaining, can't prove it. Other patrons after me had similar problems. I understand now why...

The food was not all that great. It was cold really really greasy. I get you can’t really avoid the grease in fast food. My burrito didn’t even have half the ingredients in. It tasted like crap. I’ve had better I get this part on the waffle fries is not they’re doing, but I do not like their waffle fries. They need to go back to regular fries. Also, before I forget, how am I supposed to eat coleslaw when I order coleslaw am I supposed to use my fingers? I mean common sense would say some of the foods that you get like coleslaw or mac & cheese or any of that stuff you need silverware they need to start paying better attention and making sure they put silverware in the containers when the food qualifies...

I'm not quite sure what the issue is with this location. The girls that work at the drive thru at night are so rude...it almost makes you want to just drive off mid order...they put your order in wrong to begin with because they are too busy having frivolous conversations with each other then when you get to the window they just hand you your food...close the window and don't even say thank you. I've had this experience every single time I've gone here and it's becoming ridiculous at this point. I'm not expecting over the top customer service but they don't even attempt to be slightly pleasant. If it wasn't for the fact of convenience I wouldn't...
