Went to the drive-thru on this morning 11/22/24 between 7:40am to 7:50am, started making the order and had to pause to ask my wife what she wanted. I then hear "Lord have mercy, these people man". Which I thought was rather rude, seeing that I have been sitting at the drive-thru for several minutes waiting on him to even answer. So out of common courtesy in case he didn't know the mic was still on, I simply said "you know I can hear you still right?". Which he responded "yeah, you're supposed to". So a little stun at the rudeness I took a second thought about it and decided to just simply drive away and avoid any conflict that could possibly ruin my day, just as it now had ruined my appetite. So I started driving away, and I noticed the drive-through person was sticking his head out the window, so I politely said "you might want to better your attitude", to which his response was leaning out the window, yelling and cussing at me instead of being civilized about it and just ignoring or taking the advice. So I went over to Walmart pulled over and decide to call a complain to the manager. When the phone was answered I noticed it was the same voice of the person who was just yelling at me, so I asked to speak to the manager, which the reply was " the manager is speaking". So I asked, "are you the gentleman who was at the drive-thru window" and he responded I said yes. Simply blown away that the fact a manager would be this rude over the drive-thru system and then act a fool hanging out the window cussing of people, I knew it would do no good to make a complaint to the man who was causing the problem. So I simply said " well I guess could play in you to will do no good, so I better make a corporate complaint" and hung up. As I am not trying to argue with someone who acts like that and cause more stress out of the situation. Now I am at McDonald's and getting an iced coffee, instead of food cuz this whole thing has just frustrated me and ruined my appetite. I would appreciate it if corporate would do something about a manager who acts this disrespectful and just straight up crazy. Not saying that you ought to fire him, maybe he's just having a bad day. But that's no reason to take it out on other people and just act a fool in front of other people in the Drive-Thru and the people in the restaurant. I hope this makes it the corporate and something is done about it to not have this happen to anyone...
Read moreThis location used to be my favorite. An incident happened today that I thought was not appropriate or sanitary. I had ordered a jr bacon and a small frosty at the drive-thru. The worker dropped the frosty. She went around the corner, so I assumed she was getting a fresh one. The other worker, went to get a new cup, and the other employee had her put in back. Next I see the worker topping off the ice cream, wiping it off and putting a lid on it. I should have inquired if they truly gave me a fresh one, but I did not. I just assumed with food safety etc, that an employee would not have made that decision. Well, I was wrong. Twenty minutes down the road, I am eating on the frosty. Three spoonful's into the frosty, I am finding trash, plastic etc. I called the location when I got home. Supposedly, I got the general manager, who insisted on going to ask the employee if this incident happened. Really? You think she is going to admit to doing this. He told me, she replied that she fixed me a fresh one. I asked him, what about the trash in my frosty. Well, can you come back and I will fix you another one! Um no....I am not driving twenty minutes back to get a small frosty. I should be reporting this to the food inspector!!!!!!!!! I just hope I do not...

We asked for: Large 10pc chicken nugget combo with a large ice water and sawesome sauce Large baconator combo with a large ice water and sawesome sauce 2 sour cream and chive baked potatoes. We received: Small 7pc chicken nugget combo with a bottled water and no sauce Small baconator combo with bottled water and no sauce No sour cream and chive potatoes. We called the store and spoke with the manager on duty and she only offered to remake the meal at a specific time the next day. I simply wanted my money back or to be reimbursed for the difference of what I didn’t receive. The service we receive at this location has never impressed us. In the time we have been coming here we have had a good experience only once. Our order was 100% correct and very fresh. Any other time we have visited, we have left with much less than we paid for. It never fails to have items we ordered not in our bags. The food we do receive is cold and soggy.
