They gave me the wrong food. The food that was right that they did give me was so hard and crusty looking the taste of the only thing I ate the little chicken bites big pass. I called to see if they could give me a refund for the wrong food, some cinnamon twist they said they could give me credit for the next order let them know I was never ordering from them again I didn't care about the rest of the food that I wasn't gonna eat or touch but I wanted the refund for what they didn't give me. They told me that they could only refund the whole order I said fine I'll take the whole order right now. I drove down and asked for the manager like they told me to when I got there, Eduardo if that is his real name didn't wanna come out he told the cashier to give me the refund. But the cashier said the chick is missing and I said you guys knew that over the phone and you said it was fine and made me drive over here for my refund. I could hear the mock me in the back and as I left, everything is expensive now and I work hard for my money, and if they made a mistake, they should take ownership of that mistake and deal with it. Had they worked with me they would've lost out on 5 to 6 bucks. Instead, they refunded my whole order of 30 something dollars and cemented in that I will never give them a chance. The whole store was rude especially the manager what audacity to not come and deal with a customer concern. Read moreSo this is the place that closes early & doesn't answer the phone after 11:30 p.m. It says 1a.m. closing time on their website, on Google, and yelp yet when I tried to modify my order because the site doesn't let you specify or modify, they didn't answer the phone I had to drive down here for it and the employee says they stop answering the phone early when they are winding down and it's kind of "slow" as he laughed. Dominos needs to keep up with their restaurants and make sure they are staying true to the restaurant hours.
